- Hi Guys,
Sorry for the shaky camera work as I am still recording on my cellphone. Never the less I decided to upload another video going into detail of the TSP stage 1 tune for the honda civic non si. It was a nice improvement over the basemap provided buy Ktuner and 100% easy way to add some more HP to the platform. Enjoy the video and please Like, Share and subscribe for more content like this.
Cheers!

Late to this video but I appreciate the content immensely man! Hope the civic is still treating you well!
Glad it helped you out. Still running strong.
Exited for this tune, should be getting the file in today!
I’ve been looking for a vid on downloading the tsp tune. Great commentary and informative. Thank you.
Just got a 2021 sport hatchback, and a ktuner for it (this tune comes with it at no additional cost if you buy ktuner from tsp)
Hey how’s the tune been on your car? Any problems or issues?
@@VishuaLz 0 issues at all, I love it
how has the tune affected MPG’s? i love my factory set up but worried about the fuel economy if i upgraded.
@@kinnectedmtb3209 in the first map I can get 36 mpg if I try, in map 3 I get about 25 avg (highway is the same with all 3 maps)
@@kinnectedmtb3209 much more than 36 on the highway, I didn't lose any mpg going to this tune (unless I'm driving hard of course)
Just got my sport last week.
Hopping to learn some good stuff.

Get a ktuner. Best first mod ever. It really wakes up your vehicle at a bargain.
This tune is free now folks if you buy from tsp obviously.
So does the econ button do anything or is it just the cancel button/steering controls? Also have you been running the tune since this video? if so any issues or anything or still going strong? thanks for the video man very helpful!
I believe the econ button may work to flash the car back to econ mode. As far as toggling through the 3 maps I use the cancel button method. I have had this tune on the car for a while now and have since added other mods including intercooler, chargepipes, uppipe and downpipe. Car is running great. In a recent video I swappeId the turbo to an si turbo and now am going in for a protune from the developer of the tsp tune himself. Stay tuned.
Awesome Vid Dre!!
Hi guys, sorry I had the comments section disabled. Please reach out if you have any questions.
So when you switch to eco, does it go back to completely stock eco? Might have to grab a tuner for this tune :D
Yes, only on drive mode. If you are on sport mode with econ turned on your boost level increases from 16.5 to 19-18psi. Keep in mind map 3 gives you 21psi on sport mode.
You got the manual? No CVT
Nice video man! Enjoyed it. What intake is that? Sounds good
Thanks! Its the injen cai. I advise getting a PRL cobra. Best on the market in my opinion.
I got the PRL shortram, easier install and sounds as good if not better than the cobra.
Seven Ηaze also got the SRI. Works great
I have an 18 EX-T 6spd trying to make it a sleeper cause it looks like a family Sedan but I wanna to make it pull like a freight train just don’t know what mods to get me there, sleeper on a budget is the task
cj higgi best thing you can do to start for this car is Ktuner or hondata.
18 hatchback does not look like a sleeper though. I agree a tuner would be a great buy and I would recommend an intake then a DP and FP afterwards. Exhuast last.
Great video! How much power gains did you make?
I havent put the car on the dyno but based on the screenshots I provided it is supposed to add over 10hp to the top end of the powerband. This is on map3.
@@atflores85 I was curious because I'm currently on ktuner's stage 2 with 21psi with no other mods and I kepted up with wife's 2016 c300 Benz. That car is rated to do 0-60 in 6.4 secs and I was probably closer to 6.7-6.8.
@@atflores85 and I was wondering if doing tsp stage 1 paired up with a PRL cold air intake really make that much of a difference?
@@jayman4268 best power mods include ktuner tsp tune and a 3" downpipe. Intake sounds good but wont provide that much power over stock. After that ive seen some good results from friends with the 27won turbo and a pro tune. Also if you have a stock clutch i advice upgrading before going to more power. The stock clutch will be maxed out after going full bolt on.
@@atflores85 thanks mate! I'll keep this in mind when I do my next mod on my CVT👍.
Why didn’t you show stage 2 and 3 maps? Just curious.
What are some of the differences you noticed with the motor mount?
I did a video on install of the mount and my first impressions.
I answer your question after min 13.

So does it not even have no lift shift if it wont let you adjust fuel cutoff?
How did you get your speedometer to look like that. I have a 2020 Hatch civic sport and it doesn’t look like that.
I have a 2018. Not sure if they changed it for 2020.
MyGuyFTW yeah I have a 2020 hatch sport too and the display is digital
Base model is/was analog
How i know if my car is tune up whit ktuner ???
With the Ktuner 1.2 do you know if you absolutely need hondahack and tuner view? Or does the tune work without it
It works without it. Both those options are just for ability to use live monitoring.
@@atflores85 hey thanks for responding! What benefits come with live monitoring?
Ordered my tsp tune yesterday with prl race maf just wondering how long it takes to get the file
I got it within 2 hours on a business day.
@@atflores85 it is a Saturday.. guess I’ll be getting mine on Monday 🤷♂️ thanks!
How did you find the ecm when you ordered it? Cant seem to find the ecm
Load up ktuner on your windows pc. It should be displayed in the upper corner.
@@atflores85 my software version is 5ana140 but I dont see that in the list. I have a 2018 sport hatch 6mt
@@luiscorderod.8994 Try sending tsp a note if your ecu isnt on the list they will add it.
@@atflores85 word thanks bro
@@luiscorderod.8994 Let me know how you make out on this. Also civicx forums has a lot of info too.
Tsp is good for the cvt???
There is a specific tune just for the cvt. And as long as you don’t launch your car from a dig everyday you should be just fine.
Sounded like you floored it from 2k rpm lolol
Why ?
Lol why not just use all that money you spent on mods to get the Si version? 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Simple. I wanted a hatchback over 20 hp. Ktuner put me above SI power and its still more practical.
That’s like saying why don’t you get a type R 🤡
@@phusionv930 not really considering the Type R is $10k more and doesnt sell for less than $5k above msrp u twerp 🤡🤡🤡🤡
@@atflores85 Ktuner on an Si is way above what your hatchback could put out though.. with the amount of money in upgrades you put, you couldve got a nicer trim.. in my opinion ofc 🤷♂️
@@solmenuoner type r is 20k more silly man.
