- dude, I LOVE this new tune! Since recording this video, I've done my first race with it against another 10th gen si, and I can now say that I truly prefer this over TSP Stage 1.

I had the same experience. So much smoother than TSP stage 1. The car is such a joy to drive now. I had trouble getting smooth shifts on TSP, but this tune just feels so nice and the power delivery is more prominent.
Bought a 2020 si yesterday.... as I was watching this video I got a notification from phearable saying my ktuner shipped! Haha. Great video, made my decision making a lot easier.

1 week in only 202 miles right now so I haven’t beat on it or driven he’s at all. This si is the most fun I’ve had in a car EVER and like I said haven’t even driven it hard. My only mod so far is replacing the nasty orange side lights to a JDM blacked out white LED light

Cameron Hill hell yeah man, I had a 2016 EXT automatic but I bought it originally with 22K miles. So this is my first ever car I have to break in + my first ever manual 😂... took me about a week but I feel pretty good already working on rev matching downshifts right now

I would get an intercooler upgrade if you live in a warmer climate. Then, high flow catted downpipe and exhaust

I’ve been watching your channel for a long time and it kind of makes me want to trade in my 9th gen for a 10. I will admit I truly enjoy the simplicity of the 9th gen like having push button TC and I enjoy the all motor sound of a k24 with Bolt ons.
I'll say as an 8th gen owner and a 10th gen owner that there are pros and cons. I never had the fancy gadgets like TC that the 9th gens got but the simple N/A platform has a lot of appeal. I cant tell you how many times I've hit rev limit at 6500 and been like wtf...oh yeah...the stock k series could handle way more output than L15 but its so much easier to get there with a factory turbo. The active dampers and just overall smoother ride is really great in the 10th gen but sometimes I long for the more unrefined feel of my 8th gen. They are both great imo. The ability to add a lot of power with just a tune puts the 10th gen over the top for me.
Brian Miller all very valid! I’m lucky that my 2012 is only at 55k miles so I still have quite a bit of value if I choose to trade In or sell. I guess my only true draw back is longevity of the L15. I’d like to see some consumer reviews at over 100k to see what people have ran into. Especially with a tune and hard driving.
Unless I'm mistaken, TSP Stage 1 also gave you the ability to enable and disable rev hang via the cruise main button, although I'm not positive if it came enabled or disabled in the software.
It does. It's a default feature of ktuner.
TSP stage 2 does have that as well. When I still had TSP a couple videos ago I mentioned that
im 2 years late but i got a ktuner v2 on friday along with a new intercooler ( i HIGHLY reccomend you get a new intercooler if you have the stock one, it is unbelievably small and not tall/dense) i got a mishimoto intercooler and it just slaps right on no new charge pipes or special bolts, it comes with a bracket for the cold side but the hot side will be the same bracket, the stock cooler was filled with rocks and such so i would get a ton of lag/hesitation for boost but now it spools right up, definitley worth the anger from taking the bumper off/on. im also getting the phearable 1.5 tune and cant wait to try it out, i have a 2018 si

You should hold a mini raffle for the Ktuner. I'd be down to throw 5 bucks on it, and you'd get an idea for how many people would be interested in the Si raffle down the line.
Hm, I suppose I could do that. I think that would be kind of shitty for me to do now, since Ive already said the words “giving away” instead of “raffling off”, know what I mean? I’m having a problem with this tune, I have full bolt on 2019 si. My engine is missfiring at 5,000 rpm when I have this tune on, if anyone has an answer or can help me out please let me know
My 2017 ext si clone got totalled...not my fault ...and i got a new 2020 touring sport. .totally different and better ..loving it so far very smooth
If you have a droid phone or tablet, you can also connect it to the device via bluetooth, and use the tunerview app to monitor parameters.

I think Cam already did the ebay leather armrest cover. I have it too and despite being a pain and not the best fitment it feels a million times better than the cloth one.

Didn’t know that Honda’s had the pedal dance too. I watched a video yesterday where someone turned off the traction control via pedal dance in their Lexus RCF. In my Subaru, you completely turn off Traction control by holding the TC button for 30 seconds, releasing it, and then pressing the button again within 5 seconds. I’m really not sure why manufacturers make the process so complicated.

Hell yeah brother I got a 2014 two-door SI coupe that is from Canada and apparently the guy that bought it had a lot of custom stuff done towards it's got a Euro r version of the engine in here and that's one thing I'm lacking the car did have it with the dealership throw it away so now I need a new one cuz a guy the owner that owned it before got in touch with me and said that he unmarried it and threw it in the trunk and told them that that stays with the car but they throw it away or somebody took it and now I need another one to return it back so I don't blow up my engine

Hi. I watched this video and bought Phearable1.5 tune. Does your k.con go high using 4th to 5th gear? Mine went up to .89 gunning it on 4th and 5th. From 1st to 3rd is was normal. -49-.62

So with v1.2, you cant directly tell which map youre in, is that correct? Or can you tell which map youre in through the tunerview app?
I just added this tune to my V2, my desktop has windows and my laptop is a MacBook. I plugged it to my civic and it’s on there, but I didn’t flash due to it being 10pm and gotta get up super early. I hope I’m good. We will see. Lol.

You should. It makes a big difference. The cars more enjoyable to drive. If you don’t have an acuity short shifter I highly recommend.

Hey so Tsp stage 1 tune and phearable tune are like different custom tune? And if so which one do you recommend? I just got my k tuner and it’s really amazing and I’m hearing about phearable tune that is so much fun, I only have a exhaust but eventually will be getting intake, intercooler, and front pipe down pipe, I’m really new to tune and it will be very helpful is you can clear about phearable tune and how you can do it?
Biggest thing with this version ktuner is always make sure your laptop is fully charged because if it dies mid tune you will probably brick your ECU

So, I just installed last night phearable tune. After watching your video when your go pro stop working I was hoping to see how the different modes work on the steering wheel. I see how you did rev hang but how to adjust from 1 to 3 in the modes. Phearable explains the same as you mention in video but nothing shows in motion when you are driving so it’s a bit confusing! Any help would be great, Thanks

About how long does it take from the time you buy for them to email you the tune? I'd assume it shouldn't take long since all they need from us is the Ktuner code really. But the site says it could be a few days. Mostly asking becuse it's the weekend and I wanna try it out while I can drive the most.

I just got a brand new 2019 civic LX 2.0L 6speed manual and noticed a slight grind going into 6th gear... is this normal for this car.... abs sometimes in forth as well. The car has almost 400km on the odometer. I’ve been driving manuals all my life and never noticed that with any other car. Thanks

I saw 24.5 psi on TsP stage 1. Nowhere on TSP’s website do they say at what psi specifically they same 237whp. It sounds like the point of your comment is to defend TSP, but im not sure why that is.

Question. You’re on second gear at the 9 minute mark well you came to a stop and you went to one and then two. You’re digital gauge jumped it’s mph number is your clutch slipping or that’s normal?
The clutch isnt slipping, its the digital MPH gauge that Honda uses. It works by updating the mph reading once every second or so

I would not suggest using any of the Ktuner basemaps. If you already spent hundreds of dollars on a ktuner, what is an extra $80 for the Pherable tune? know what im sayin? just buy the pro tune. it is MUCH BETTER than the basemaps

much better low end. 2-3k rpm is much stronger and smoother than TSP. just get it dude

are you running this on the stock clutch? I keep hearing the cars stock clutch can't handle much past stock power.. if so, any clutch slipping?

Camron, I bought the TSP stage one tune because of you and now you go and buy another tune? Realistically, is this new tune faster that the TSP stage 1 tune? Do you remember the #'s from the TSP stage one tune?
I don't really think its faster, but if you look at the dyno chart, it appears he made it more safe for the engine because he doesnt let it make too much boost at lower RPMs. making too much boost at low RPMs (lower than 3,000rpm) can easily bend a rod or send one flying through your block. So, from here on out, I will be running and recommending the Phearable Stage 1 tune. I have nothing against the TSP tune, but this one feels.. better.

@@Mrkysersose I was actually sent the tune from the owner of Phearable because of my RUclips channel. He was also nice enough to sell me a ktuner v1.2 at cost, since my Ktuner v2 was stolen on THE day that he originally emailed me the tune.
So, If I had never gotten a ktuner before, and I knew that this tune was poppin, I would certainly have purchased a ktuner from Phearable's website and gotten their tune included with my purchase

To me, it feels about the same at full throttle. I am going to hopefully dyno it soon, after my intercooler is on. Its just the way it feels during normal driving. I love it
What do you think of the Clutch delay valve affecting 2nd gear and 4th gear ?
