Post Office DID NOT Give Subpostmaster Alan Bates a copy of the Subpostmasters Contract when he started working at his Post Office Branch in Wales.
Despite the Post Office robustly defending the position that this wasn't the case, the judge in the case Bates and others vs The Post Office in 2019 let Mr Justice Fraser to conclude that Alan Bates was a credible witness and would have no reason to lie about this.

They couldn't pin theft or false accounting charges onto Mr Bates, so they took away his contract on spurious grounds.
Another example of a rubbish business with rubbish management & no govt oversight..
Thank you for sharing all this information
A little tip, provide a hook before your well deserved ask. It's simple psychology.
New viewers are fickle and will immediately click away.
If you provide your initial dialogue first, then do the ask and then show the supporting evidence to your dialogue, then you're likely to have higher new viewer retention.
Your RUclips studio should show you the difference. Much love from one of your fans 😁
Good shout!
I’ve been having trouble focussing on some of the video editing aspects recently!
Thanks for your feedback - much appreciated ☺️
@@DPSComputing I think that is good advice I have just had the same thought actually.
I have just had exactly the same thought, a good suggestion.
There are specific laws relating to all contracts, one being they need to be signed? ⚖️🙏🙋
Eureka is in Halifax.

I see to remember Archimedes and a bathtub near the entrance if I’m thinking of the same place!
@@DPSComputing there was a bathtub that filled up and tipped over when full, don't remember the archimedes. I think we are thinking of the same place though

@DPSComputing : i will add something to having a hard copy of any receipts/invoices/contracts being in business myself now retired , the problem we now have is everyone trying to force this paperless mantra on us , virtual receipts are not safe data disappears as you well know ........
1:10 My understanding, from my Welsh-speaking godson who lives near there, is that the "Craig" in "Craig y Don" is pronounced closer to "Cryg", not "Craig".
