A helpfull tips. I not sure Google have fix their ADB & Fastboot or not. When I use ADB & Fastboot version 34.0.0, it fail to flash the Android 14 Developer Preview 1. I thought I do something wrong but luckly not. I was panic for in about half an hour because when I ask for sited person to see my screen, it just stuck at charging logo. Just an information, I'm a blind visually impaired person. To fix that problem, I use ADB & Fastboot version 33.0.3 (1 previous version from 34.0.0).
If you want to edit or modify files please don't got to Android 13 or 14 once you go you cannot modify files. For example if you want to modify any app's data you can't. You can modify any apps only way is root.

It's currently just the developer preview. Not full release. This just gives devs time to update their apps. It won't be as stable since it is not at full release

unrelated and you do not need to. it is not hard to opt out, the only thing is since your version is newer, you would have to wait to get any updates. you can revert by reinstalling windows using the "Upgrade" method on the installer.

Android 14 destroyed my phone. Before it was 58/128 GB full, and now it's 112/128 GB. I can't access my files, photos, and videos, and i cant vieuw or download the photos and videos people send me. The only noticable changes are a theme app and the lock screen. I have an Oppo a57s.
Was revertiing to 13 from Beta 14 OTA and once it reset I got a white screen with "Google". I don't think 13 got totally installed. And device state is locked on Fastboot mode so its not letting me use the flash mode. Anyone have advice?
True, I used to play some of the well known mobile games such as GTA SA and Gunship battle on Android 12, but when I've got a new phone with Android 14, it doesn't let play those games as if, they won't launch
I would not attempt to flash a Samsung. They have so much proprietary software in them that you would be taking a gigantic chance on bricking your phone

if you haven't been able to sort this problem out yet it requires updating the USB driver. Just Google "Google USB driver", download and extract the files, then manually update the driver for the phone (in Device Management).
Oh Maan why all the hustle when you can simply opt out from the beta with one click then you get the latest stable version immediatly to download and install on the phone update section ? 😆

No this is not the case, you will continue to get any and all OTA updates if you accept them. The update is provided by the ROM you are running, doesn't matter if bootloader is locked.

I only updated to Android 14 to wish the "beta mode of the feature gets alpha in color os. this depends on your ROM, they control more about reporting or forcing dark mode. Generally forcing dark mode can cause readability issues, so they will force it less if they can. If your app has a dark mode or setting for dark modd, or explicitly labeled as incompatible, then it will not work.
beta users will get the stable android 14, the purpose of the beta is to test until it is stable enough to release the public android 14. you can roll back to android 13 stable and wait to get the stable 14.

if you factory reset your phone it will only reset the phone not downgrade the android 14 to 11 something ok everyone
