Nakime's blood demon art only allows her to freely manipulate infinity castle. So, she cannot teleport anyone outside of infinity castle which makes her ability very limited.
I think Nakimes and Enmus blood demon art are the strongest. I mean Nakime could teleport humans into an active volcano 🌋 and Enmu can put anyone to sleep. Edit: Did I mention its my opinion

But some who are really strong like Gyomei, Sanemi, Giyu can fight him for longer than Rengoku due to them have fields they specialize in. While they might not be able to defeat Akaza they can continue the battle till sunrise to the bare minimum because of their skill level. But you can have your own opinions on this.

Too be honest, the Upper Moon 4 Duo (Nakime & Hantengu) have overly overpowered Blood Demon Arts. In a way, Nakime designs a whole Dimensional plane, while Hantengu is just hard to beat in a 1v1 fight, especially when you have to manage air and swordsmanship.
