If gyutaru and daki hadn’t turned to demon before 100 year will be 22 hashiras at that time and more hashira at recent time will be their since daki killed 7 gyutaru killed 15, regardless number of hashiras doma killed
It’s changed the whole story, 22 hashira before 100 years will be more hashira who learned from their teachers in many years and more hashiras at recent time
Fun fact there can only be 9 hashira. So Shinobu would have been a regular Demon Slayer

Love the plot and I really adore the ending (and the thumbnail also). Sanemi working towards becoming less angry person, Kanae being everyone's favorite ara ara onee-chan, Shinobu gradually learned to be honest with herself without the fake smile facade and many more.
I imagine human Doma is still alive on this period as a 133 years old retired cult reader, he would likely have another individual to manage his cult. Inosuke with his mother are also members of this cult and it's possible for Inosuke to become a Demon Slayer except he'd have a very different attitude here
Well, the only reason inosuke was a demon slayer was because he saw a demon slayer who challenged him, right? And that was when he was raised by boars, I honestly doubt he was challenged by a demon slayer while being a normal citizen

Knowing Inosuke on this scenario, vowing to protect his mother from future abuses, imo it's safe to say this version of Inosuke might have his own way to build power like via training martial arts and swordsmanship in a dojo similar to Akaza or smth.
Inosuke then meet a demon slayer in a town and decided to challenge him to put his years of training on a test and from here he craft his path to become a Demon Slayer as well

It's not a good plot. He forgot so many things. Let me fix it.
Tanjiro beats headless demon, Tanjiro never beats spider mom. Tanjiro runs into Spider dad. Tanjiro dies against Spider dad. Giyuu kills Spider dad Giyuu probably finds mommaand kills her without remorse by use of 5th form. Kanae and Shinobu together kill Rui without Giyuu cuz hes buisy and also without Kanae dying because of her 2nd form. Ur so dumb. Nakime is promoted to U4, and Gyokko is demoted to U5. Kaigaku is promoted to U6, and Enmu keeps his rank. Mugen train still happens even without him being given blood. There are 3 slayers and a pillar that go to the train, and these are: Rengoku, Kanao, Zenitsu, and Murata. Kanao and Murata die to Enmu because they don't have Inosukes boor head and Zenitsu and Rengoku are buisy. Eventually, Zenitsu and Rengoku get tired and are eaten by Enmu. Enmu is promoted to UM6 and Kaigaku is demoted. During the swordsmith village Muichiro and Mitsuri die. *insert training arc here*. All the pillars train with their tsuguko. Infinity castle happens. Giyuu dies to Akaza. Obanai with the help of Yushiro kill Nakime but fall to Enmu. Sanemi, Gyomei, Genya, Shinobu, Kanae, and Uzui die against Akaza, Kokushibo, Gyokko, Hantengu, and maybe even Muzan. GG'S demons win
One small thing is that douma probably got his spot as upper 2 via blood battle and same with gyuutaro and daki. Because they most likely won their spot, then 2 unknown demons that they defeated would probably be upper moons in this timeline instead of all the other known characters getting shifted up 2 spots. It’s kinda more of a technicality tho, I think your situation can still work if these 2 unknown demons happened to die off instead of being defeated in a blood battle.
Rui would still be sharing his power with his family so I dont think he'd really defeated kanae. Besides she'd probably use vermillion eye to get the hit in causing rui to be decapitated and her to be possibly blind in one eye
Halfway through he messed it up, tanjiro awakened the mark during final selection, he just hadn’t activated
If douma hadn't turned into a demon, he would have died before all of this.

I think im going to have to disagree about the swordsmith village one, Muichiro only unlocked his mark because Tanjiro had one previously awakened however tanjiro wouldnt be able to awaken during his fight with hantengu because more than likely he would die too fast because Tanjiro and nezuko would be much weaker since they never fought gyutaro and daki as well as nezuko not having as much control over her full demon form, Which also means nezuko most likely never learns her flame technique which helped heavily in the hantengu fight
Pretty much Tanjiro and Nezuko wouldn't be strong enough to stand a chance to any of hantengu's attacks
if Douma wasn't a demon he'd be dead because as a demon he was around for more than a century

Yeah but I think you're forgetting the fact that it would be substantially harder to beat Enmu cuz Inosuke was the one to locate Enmus neck bone
That's true but now there are 2 hashiras. If Rengoku protects the people along with Zenitsu and Nezuko, then Tanjiro and the other hashira are going to try and behead Enmu.
Since a hashira is way stronger than a mizunoto level demon slayer( Tanjiro, Zenitsu and Inosuke in the original story), the hashira will be able to find Enmu's neck bone too. If a hashira wouldn't be able to just find a demon's neck bone, how can they be ranked as hashira?

I'm guessing that everyone will die in the end since in this timeline muzan was never severely weakened because in the original timeline Muzan was so weakened that he was only upper moon 4 level, but in this timeline you never said that muzan was weekend so I think that everyone would die.

3- I disagree with the fact that Zenitsu would be able to help defeat (idk his name, but the drum demon) because he was thrown out of the house in the show. In this situation he had to protect the box with Nezuko inside from Inoske, but in this timeline he is not beat up and there is no running after burning the dead people.

I don't think kanae would die to rui considering she held off doma till sunrise (she did die but if she could hold off upper 2 by herself im pretty sure she could kill rui especially with help)

Kanae will not die against upper moon 5 , she held against upper moon 2 on her own literally till the morning without any mark , I believe Shinobu and Kanae will kill Rui or atleast hold against him till the sunrise , Rengoku should have been there against Kokushibo with all other Hashiras as Akaza killed himself either way, so we should have more survivors. 😂😂
@bavarian-fo8nx He is still upper moon 2 and much more stronger than upper moon 5 . He played around literally against everyone because that's Doma , and while playing around he even defeated Akaza and snatched his position.Him being playful doesn't make him any less dangerous opponent.
Kanae was known to be very strong Hashira and she will not even be all alone this time she will have another Hashira to fight along .So there are 50/50 chances that they both will survive.

Also, no matter what his designation, Rui, even with extra Muzan blood would be nowhere near as powerful as the actual upper moons. We saw Enmu, who was more powerful than Rui anyway (and thus would be the new upper moon 5 in this scenario, not Rui, who would become lower moon 3, just saying) receive extra blood and he was nowhere near as powerful as even Daki.

Wouldn’t there only be 9 because I thought shinobu was a hashira because of her sister’s passing and her desire to find away to kill demons I mean she maybe could have become one later but I thought the main reason she did was because her sister’s death

Doma would be dead from old age before Inosuke and his mom would ever been born. He's been alive for hundreds of years.
He wouldn't have met Gyutaro and Daki to turn them into demons, Kanae could possibly be alive, and he may have been dead before canonically meeting Inosuke's mother. In short, some Arcs would not happen and the Demon Slayer story would possibly be drastically different.
Fr doma would never be alive at thet time cause he would died of the age.

Wouldn't Enmu be uppermoon five and Rui be lower moon one or something in the lower moons? Also if Kanae can hold up Doma in the manga wouldn't she be able to kill Rui? Also if Tanjiro gets marked during the fight with Hantengu, Muichiro would be fighting Gyokko so he wouldn't be anywhere near Tanjiro so Muichiro would most likely not get marked since the mark is like a disease and to get it you have to be around someone who has gotten it before and also they people who made it out alive in this timeline won't live for long as they have until they are twenty five until they die

Came to say this, Enmu would be upper moon 5 since he was established by rank as being > Rui.
Why would Rui outrank Enmu in this alternative timeline? Also note that Rui was lower 5; in addition to Enmu there were FOUR lower demons more powerful than him.
For your fan fiction to make sense, you'd also have to explain how Douma's absence would mean that Rui would be more powerful than he was in the official story!

In one of the scenarios where kanae dies fighting against rui, i dont think she would. This is because kanae was able to hold her ground with doma until sunrise and doma is tons stronger than rui even if he is stronger here. Kanae is extremely strong, debatably stronger than giyuu.
I don't remember them specifying the time they started fighting, for all we know the fight could have started 10-20 minutes before sunrise. And giving Douma's personality, he was probably playing around with her like akaza did with rengoku. Overall she doesn't have that many feats. Although this is just my opinion

In the Mugen train arc when tanjiro was fighting Enmu he almost sliced his head off but inosuke stopped him before he could. Sense Inosuke is not in the story he never stopped him, Tanjiro would probably kill himself in the mugen train arc😔

Anther thing you didn’ say (not hate just pointing out) in the first season tanjiro needed inosuke’s help to locate the mother spider. Since inosuke isn’t here, this wouldn’t have happened. The spider dad also would have been harder to defeat due to the lack of inosuke existing.
