Thank you so much for that video, it was exactly what I needed right now. I have started to get in touch with the Mórrígan, promising to pray the prayer I learned in your 5 day challenge and reading the Táin evening. I also did some journeying where she told me to learn more about meditation and do more sports. I started a demanding sports program doing sports for 5 to 6 hours a week while working full time since the beginning of the year. She also guided me to a meditation and mind training program which was very demanding in time and very strict. After two months of that I am so exhausted and getting sick all the time, headaches and so on. It was so relieving to hear, that we should accept our boundaries and that we have to make them clear to her. Coming from a deep connection with Manannán, I was not used to this, as he, as far as I have experienced it in my plus ten years of knowing him, knows exactly how far he can push me without overwhelming me. But with her it's totally different and I know now that I have to take a step back and decide what is manageable for me. Your list also made me realize how much of this things I already do only without dedicating them specifically to her. Thank your for the reminder!

Connecting with the landscape is so important and rewarding! Some of my favorite ways to connect with the landscape are going outside and touching a tree or leaf, or to go outside barefoot in the grass or on the stone pathway in my backyard! I find that skin to earth contact to be very recharging and reinvigorating, especially when i'm feeling overwhelmed or burnt out.

my take some of us have had some substantive trauma so having a goddess who are being the tough love person and willing to discuss boundaries, wants and needs including being very clear with her own can feel almost cuddly because it´s what we can possibly accept though it scares the shit out of us. Al.so have had her tell me explicatly to rest .

one of the devotionals i do, is applying myself in therapy and working on physical strength in a physical therapy way. another is reminding my political representitives what their job entails and that genocide is bad. and well. sometimes its just feeding the freakin birds lol.
in the beginning Herself Pushed to the point i felt driven to distraction. i had to to just be like I'm Meat. Meat Needs Rest. and that pushback was necessary for our relationship to become a Working relationship.
comfy cozy is not how i'd describe our relationship. respect on my end and occasionally i'm useful to Herself.

Dia duit, I'm going to ask a question...few years ago I thought I was hearing and seeing an entity thatt I took to be the Morrigan. I ran for awhile then I stopped and accepted 'Her' presence in my life. From that moment forward the contact stopped. Radio silence. Was I delusional? Is that expected? Now I'm confused. Sorry but there's not many I can say this stuff to. Feel free to disregard. Thank you for your work.
