Turn about is fair play! Paul makes his wife put on the hand device he uses to exercise his hand that does not have movement. This device uses electrical stimulation to move his fingers and hand to try to keep the muscles from tightening so much that he is not able to move his hand.

Just to share my experience here in the uk my Physio is starting me on a muscle relaxer called baclofen which is a muscle relaxer for my stiff hand and help to loosen my knee to aid in walking I'll keep you updated on the results and also I use a mirror box witch tricked the brain and I'm able to close my hand into a fist,need assistance to straighten back up but can't do the motion without the mirror box,I just wanted to mention it as it may be useful to yourself and others.

I think we'll try the mirror box and see if that helps with the hand, thanks for the suggestion. I am also taking Baclofen and I get botox injections in my hand every 3 months.
