In terms of the HOA, you are absolutely correct. No human being, on planet Earth would EVER sign such a contract unless they actually WANTED to live there. Nobody is forcing anyone to buy a home there, especially at those prices.
this is the first vid of yours i’ve seen and i loved the editing style! it’s simple and honestly just has that perfect blend of casual and informative that i love in video essays! definitely has a sort of quinton-reviews kinda vibe. i never really comment this sort of thing but idk i just really enjoyed it keep it up!! :)
The themed bedrooms feel so over the top because they were designed more as exhibitions than functional living spaces. Any child you ask to sleep there will run to your bed in the middle of the night since they got scared by the Frozen mannequins, or the giant shark on the wall. Even a teen or adult would've a terrible night since the lights and colors are overstimulating. Plus, the absolute nightmare of keeping everything clean.

Yeah, man. For the kids rooms.... Again.... You don't spend this kind of money on a house like this unless you actually WANT it.
"We opted out of the elevator. We're not those people." 🤣

HOA on megasteroids, better ask the inmaginerds if it's okay to replace the busted Mickey Mouscrowave so you can nuke another pack of hotdogs
The way you can tell the one lady wanted an elevator but either lost the argument or disney rejected the renovation plans😭
And she had the nerve to say "We're not that kind of people" ma'am, you bought a house inside a freaking amusement park 🤦♂️
In twenty years an urban explorer is going to sneak into the abandoned remnants of golden oak, finding photo negative Mickey on the upstairs patio.
Describing Restoration Hardware-a company that sells five hundred dollar desk lamps- as "frugal" was the high point for me.
As someone that has a movie room with a big screen. Having a bunch of lights in a movie room (like the Star Wars room) ruins the experience.
How can you call something "a waste of money" if you can't actually afford it yourself?
Seems like a solid place to park your money.
a superbad type party movie would go hard in one of these
nicely done :)
I felt that Frugal line
The goat 🐐
This is new to people? Disney is building a neighborhood in Pittsboro, NC. Lol
