I have a Pixel 9 and I'm happy with it. I use the Google ecosystem a lot, so I definitely wanted Android. In everyday life, you don't feel that the chip is weaker, its operation is fast and fluid. I don't play games on it. (It was Xiaomi before, but I don't like their update policy. Many times there was no security update for 7-9 months.)
I mean if you're only counting the discounted rate but that's kind of ridiculous. Pixels actually get discounted heavily and their price drops faster which is good if you're a buyer and not good if you're a seller. S24 has a better chipset though for sure but they're going to lose that advantage next year because ironically Google is ditching Samsung foundry and using TSMC to make their chips. Meanwhile Samsung is ditching TSMC and relying more on their own foundry and mediatek
With the Galaxy S25, Samsung will again copy the iPhone, as happened with the Galaxy S24. Samsung has problems with the production of the Exynos 2500 processor, which it seems that it will abandon. And for the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 processor, the production costs are very high, $240 a piece. I seem to see Samsung's Galaxy S25 series as coming with Mediatek processors, which will be a commercial failure.
That's nice and all, but now look up where you can get Snapdragon. The biggest markets for Samsung don't even get that version. We get the terrible Exynos, and if I import Snapdragon, I have to pay a hefty premium for importing and it doesn't even have the most common LTE and 5G bands, so it's useless anyway.
@@vaultboy1419 the exynos one is still better than iphone 16 because it has 120hz and it still gives better CPU and GPU performance and almost same SOT of iphone 16. I have a friend who owns it and has no issues at all.

People who want to compare Exynos and Snapdragon on this channel are pretty selfish toward the RUclipsr: 📌Samsung has already decided to give Snapdragon on Ultra and there are many reasons. If Exynos was that good, Ultra would have Exynos. Exynos is hunting us again. :D I will be very happy about s25 with snapdragon. I bet it will have very good selling numbers even if its 50 or 100€ more.
First of all, for me, the Pixel 9 is not even in the equation, and especially is not a compact smartphone, to say that the Pixel 9 is a compact smartphone is to say that the S22 Plus and S23 Plus are compact smartphones, which is absolutely false ❌, and for me, the iPhone 14 Pro but especially the S23 / S23 Plus are much better smartphones and deals than the Pixel 9 🤷🏽♂️ Regarding the S24 and iPhone 16, smartphone for smartphone, the S24 is clearly a better smartphone, even the S23 it's actually a better smartphone than the iPhone 16, so the S24 🤷🏽♂️ The real problem of choosing between a Galaxy (Android) or an iPhone is iOS or Android and above all, where you live (North America, Japan, Cyprus...) where because of iMessage, FaceTime, and social pressure / status symbol, using an iPhone is almost mandatory.

Apple has dedicated sensors for face unlock, while Android phones use the selfie camera and are neither reliable nor secure. It is 3D recognition vs 2D.
@@techmo2020Yet, the facial recognition of the Pixels 8 and 9 is used for banking applications and officially recognized as being as secure as a fingerprint reader or the Face-iD of the iPhone 🤔
The Face ID sensor and the fingerprint sensor under the display on Google and Samsung phones are some of the weakest on the market. Even Flossy Carter says so.
For me the decision is simple, I choose the iPhone 16. The Pixel 9 is too heavy and a bit too big for a compact smartphone, the way I like it. The Galaxy S24 is sold in Europe with the Exynos 2400 processor and I wouldn't pay the money Samsung is asking for it.
You would not find the difference in performance for 95% task. Whereas you will face the slow display tech in in 95% task.(except static image or videos)
Look again Mo. The Pixel display is oversaturated. That's very clear: the sea is too dark and the mountains too red. The Samsung is too light. Only the iPhone is showing correct colours and if I'm not mistaken Apple made point in the iphone 15 keynote to mention their displays are accurate SRGB displays. It may be 60hz but Apple has always prized accurate displays on all their products because in the past they were used by Publishers who needed an accurate display to see how the finished magazine would look. They also have many pro photographers and videographers who use Mac and iPhone who rely on colour accuracy. Even the LCD panels on iphone and iPad of the past were colour accurate and of the highest quality panels. That's why they took their time moving to OLED: the LCD was brilliant and didn't give people headaches like OLED does.
You are right in this example. I was playing HDR 4K video here, and for that content, the iPhone does the best indeed. It is not the display's quality but how it is calibrated IMHO.
I’m not sure why you keep comparing performance with the Antuntu benchmark when even their developers have already stated iOS and Android scores are not comparable. You said you are not biased but if you keep comparing them with the Antuntu benchmark you are confirming your biased. Because you know this already. I’m sorry.
Just in terms of design the Samsung is the most boring by a long shot. Terms of performance though I would take anything over the iPhone. I'm technically the iPhone probably has the most powerful chip but what does it matter on your not even able to side load or revanced or use third party launchers or desktop extensions
Any one who says they prefer finger print over face id has never actually used the iPhone solely as their main device for a while. While people who prefer face id must have had used both
No, apart from 60hz display everything is perfect in iPhone 16 if Apple ever implements 120hz pro motion display in their base models Samsung and google would be cooked, ppl only buy Samsung s and google top of the line phones like s24 ultra and 9 pro XL but apples base models and pro models are always on top in terms of sales
@@Bot-y2n Cooked? Once Apple implements desktop mode like DeX, then maybe. But they would never do that, it would butcher their Mac sales. People don't buy top of the line Samsungs and Pixels, in fact if you fact check your own incorrect statement, the most sold Samsung phones are A line, mainly A15 and A55, while the most sold Pixels are also the A series. It's the budget phones that rule the sales, because people have finally figured out they don't need thousand dollar bricks in their pockets, because a third of the price device still gets you by just fine. Guess why
People who want to compare Exynos and Snapdragon on this channel are pretty selfish toward the RUclipsr:
📌Samsung has already decided to give Snapdragon on Ultra and there are many reasons. If Exynos was that good, Ultra would have Exynos.
I don't see why he would buy a Snapdragon version, losing money, when there are plenty of comparisons on other channels.
📌S24 is better buy over Pixel 9 and iPhone 16: a complete smartphone.
my new favourite channel on youtube!!
can u test the efficiency of the tactil screen too ? i had bad experiences with google with the tactil not being responsive enough.
Does the Pixel have a decent, ad-free, mp3 player? Like Samsung or Apple. This was not the case on the 8 Pro. Correct me if I am wrong, please.
I use a macbook and iPad. But, I have never owned an iPhone. Now I am confused between iphone16 (256GB) and S24 Ultra(256GB) {PS:I do understand that i16 competes with S24. And 16 pro max competes with s24 ultra, but, I am getting both at similar prices with emp discount}
I am confused which one should I go for?
i16 or S24 ultra
S24 ultra is superior (i know)
But, also want to experience an iPhone
Exynos is hunting us again. :D
I will be very happy about s25 with snapdragon. I bet it will have very good selling numbers even if its 50 or 100€ more.
Could you please create a video for the overall best value for money battery winner among all versions of iphone 16?
The samsung compact device always use exynoss for the global version. Which i don't really trust until they have confidence to use it on their ultra.
they know that exynos suck so they never put it on Ultra
@@nadrogiranaspodoba882 they really should name both version differently. It's already not the same godamn phone.
First of all, for me, the Pixel 9 is not even in the equation, and especially is not a compact smartphone, to say that the Pixel 9 is a compact smartphone is to say that the S22 Plus and S23 Plus are compact smartphones, which is absolutely false ❌, and for me, the iPhone 14 Pro but especially the S23 / S23 Plus are much better smartphones and deals than the Pixel 9 🤷🏽♂️
Regarding the S24 and iPhone 16, smartphone for smartphone, the S24 is clearly a better smartphone, even the S23 it's actually a better smartphone than the iPhone 16, so the S24 🤷🏽♂️
The real problem of choosing between a Galaxy (Android) or an iPhone is iOS or Android and above all, where you live (North America, Japan, Cyprus...) where because of iMessage, FaceTime, and social pressure / status symbol, using an iPhone is almost mandatory.
Buy them all. No tension about which to buy. 😂
Bought 24U this feb just for 8gen3 but love compact phones.. is it worth selling it for base s25 (seems dimensity 9400 is more efficient than gen 3) during preorder with speecial promo deals?
I don't think it is worth it. You should do it if you really want a compact phone and/or have more than have enough money for it.
PIXEL 9 CAMERA IS THE BEST AMONG ALL IN MY OPINION BUT OVERALL I PREFER IOS MORE
My s10 getting old so Im looking for a phone which suits me and its S24 SD which we dont have in europe .. im so angry about this and wondering if s25 comes with SD in europe or im need to ditch scammy samsung
Exynos on S24 is as good as SD
@@sanaol-tp5gn its not, dont lie to people
Where can I order s24 snapdragon variants from Canada? Any suggestions?
Got mine from Amazon, S24 256 GB, but make sure it is sold by Amazon
Pixel 9 has the best camera for photos, iPhone 16 for video, and then the Samsung has the best chip
Where can you buy a s24 snapdragon in Europe or the UK?
amazon
amazon
Good video, but you might want to speak a little more slowly in future videos. I barely could understand what you were saying.
Given S24 is only available with the exynos in my region and i dont eeally like ios. It seems like a clear winner for pixel 9 for me really
I hate how i have to get the exynos instead of the snapdragon chip for the samsung
S24 and pixel have both face unlock and fingerprint sensor. You never mention this in your comparisons.
@@adriancc4240 Didn't I know Flossy was the gospel 🤔
@@adriancc4240 🧢, ultrasonic fingerprint sensor is quicker and more accurate. Face unlock works perfectly. I think you've never tried it
which one is the smallest?
I love iPhone but the regular iPhone 16 is honestly the worst value ever. Either get S24 or Pixel 9, or go with 16 plus
My s24 ultra I love!! My best phone!!! Camera brutal!!
Brutal as in Good or Bad?
Very very good. It is at the same level as iPhone 16 pro max. My opinion s24 ultra better than 16 pro max.
The iPhone and Samsung would feel like downgrades. I'd go with the Pixel 9.
I'm no iphone fan but if you're a picture taker there's only one clear winner and it isn't the other two.
Is iPhone 16 pro a compact phone?
Would you recommend to wait new series like S25
I bet base s25 would crush s24 exynos
I think the Galaxy S25 series will be a very boring update to the Galaxy S24 series.
According to rumors, yes because it is going to have a Flagship Mediatek 9400.
Pixel best camera
N Samsung is more dependable phone
For me the decision is simple, I choose the iPhone 16. The Pixel 9 is too heavy and a bit too big for a compact smartphone, the way I like it. The Galaxy S24 is sold in Europe with the Exynos 2400 processor and I wouldn't pay the money Samsung is asking for it.
But you would pay that much for a 60hz display.
@@TheObserver__ On point!
@@TheObserver__ i prefer have a basic screen than a shitty processor
You would not find the difference in performance for 95% task. Whereas you will face the slow display tech in in 95% task.(except static image or videos)
@@TheObserver__ I'm currently using an iPhone 14 and I don't care at all about the refresh rate of the screen.
I don’t want to wait the 16 to enter my country because of bureaucracy so I grabbed the 15 and will upgrade my android to S24 next
Can someone help me fix the poor camera on the S24+? I've had it for a week and the photos are terrible. Very grainy and soft.
Did u clean the lens?
Got the 15 pro max instead this year.
lower prices, bigger display, same stuff.
Am I the only one that thinks they all look really similar??
Is the Pixel 9 a good deal for 500€?
That's why they took their time moving to OLED: the LCD was brilliant and didn't give people headaches like OLED does.
indeed ,i have every galaxy since 2 to 23 ,but standard iPhone has better color display then standard galaxy .
You are right in this example. I was playing HDR 4K video here, and for that content, the iPhone does the best indeed. It is not the display's quality but how it is calibrated IMHO.
Visually I like Iphone better
But use wise Galaxy takes the win imho
I’m not sure why you keep comparing performance with the Antuntu benchmark when even their developers have already stated iOS and Android scores are not comparable.
You said you are not biased but if you keep comparing them with the Antuntu benchmark you are confirming your biased. Because you know this already. I’m sorry.
S24 exynos and snapdragon both beat iphone 16 imagine when the s25 comes out😂
S24 looks like A series, doesn’t feels high end smartphone
Samsung should power all S25’s with the SD chip next year. They are losing customers in the EU now.
Iphone 16 is so much better when it comes to camera
Just in terms of design the Samsung is the most boring by a long shot. Terms of performance though I would take anything over the iPhone. I'm technically the iPhone probably has the most powerful chip but what does it matter on your not even able to side load or revanced or use third party launchers or desktop extensions
I prefer the s24
16 pro is under 1000$ too
Pixel Pixel 9 pro XL or iPhone 16 Pro Max? I really need to change my phone this year , all I care is photo and video quality
Can someone help
The back of the pixel 9 is pretty ugly and a bit of weird design
Why isn’t the camera system at the top
S24 winner❤
nice
Pixel has the best display from samsung got me 😂
Wow Pixel is still looking baaaad in video department and 3x zoom on video is horendus :D
S24
Any one who says they prefer finger print over face id has never actually used the iPhone solely as their main device for a while.
While people who prefer face id must have had used both
Iphone 16 with 60hz? no thanks
Upcoming S25 will demolish both iPhone 16 and Pixel 9.
If Samsung 25 has SD processor id swap my pixel 9 pro for it
How is iPhOnE 16 a flagship?
Like HOW?
That phone is literally tomorrow price for yesterday specs.
And iPhone 16 is "perfect" because it's been the same phone for the past 5 years with only very minor updates.
@@vaultboy1419 did you even understand what I said? Ok most of the ppl buy Samsung and googles A series right now compare their latest A series to iPhone 16 base variants, it’s unfair right?
Pixel has 45W fast charging? out of this batch saying apple has the fastest is just a funny joke :)

It's better to get plus versions of 16 or s24 because of better battery life and bigger screen is better for watching content.
except if you prioritize compactness, which I did
@@viestemnogotupi How's the battery life though, I've seen battery tests showing like 7 or 8 hours
@@Franzotm Honestly, I am a very basic user and that's why I guess the phone suits me well. I am mostly doing couple of calls (including video ones), scrolling through some facebook stuff, web browsing here and there, checking the weather, football scores, etc. Not playing games, rarely taking pictures/video (almost exclusively when vacationing), watching youtube mostly on weekends, etc. I am ending a workday with at least half of the battery left while at the weekend (when I have more spare time) I am going to bed with 30-40% left. I guess the phone's SOT is bad (especially compared to the SD version) but my style of using it is far from heavy so I may be not of much help to you. Right now I am at 73%: screen ON time = 51min; screen OFF time = 7h14min. Facebook and AOD ate about 5% each, Viber and Chrome - 3 % each, Messenger - 2% and some other negligible apps.
