Rajat Khurana hey bro i have lost 7 kg in 3 months with eating clean diet and doing only 3 exercise like deadlift sqauts and bench press now my weight is 85 kg and its stagnant for past 3 weeks now.. do you think i have hit a plateau do i need to change my macros now..
just change/shuffle ur diet for example if u r eating oats in the morning and brown rice in the evening, interchange them. and for the workout, re-schedule them. And remember never follow same schedule and diet not more than 2 months.

You are doing a wonderful job right there! It's true that trainers in India are very poor at training & coaching. I joined a gym and surprisingly the trainer wasn't able to help out. So I had to do my research and figure out myself. I have started the journey and set up goals. Mentality is important weight loss is in the mind!

everything you say is bang on. it's all about your never give up attitude and rewarding your body and mind once in a while. I was 80 kgs 2 years ago and now I weight 65 kgs. it was a slow loss but I also learned a lot throughout the process. my plateau number was 70 kgs where I got stuck for a long time. then I updated my workouts and the magic started. I feel so good about myself and I motivate people around me to be in the game of fitness.

There is one thing about the keto diet.... Trough out the period of time I tried the diet... I realised as u said that we get weak... But there is a drawback of hemoglobin count to drop as you do the diet...

every single word you told was actually right. i have been in my weightloss journey and i understand it all . but unfortunately i had to stop coz of sciatica. the horrible pain didn't let me move any further. will be starting the process again for the sixth time since three years . hope I'll succeed now.

There is one thing about the keto diet.... Trough out the period of time I tried the diet... I realised as u said that we get weak... But there is a drawback of hemoglobin count to drop as you do the diet...
