I have an Artistic Passion Hobby as well I like to explore different places, Abandoned Places, Hiking Trails, Lakes and Rivers, and places no longer inhabited. I use Pen and Ink as my preferred Medium but I do some Drawings in Pencil Crayon, Marker, and Colored Ink.

Hello Jon! I've been looking for help on this for ages. My work is largely rural architecture. Thanks for the vid on grasses. I've seen some before, not as well done, but no one (I've found) wants to do a lawn. Viewing some of your art on your website, I can say love it. Your drawing #313, first thought was (in addition to wow-beautiful!) that it took you longer to draw in the grass than to do the rest of it. I was hoping to alleviate this problem. I work in pencil/graphite or ink (dip pen or otherwise). I'm going to take what I can here and run with it. All the best to you. Cheers. BTW 1. love the chickens, 2. I'm a southpaw too. Suggestion for camera - place it over your right shoulder and aim it diagonally at your paper. Perhaps less of your hand will block what you are doing.
