Orlando Bloom is pretty good on accordion
😭😭
Fr
I never seen legolas with beard
Yeah, he’s my favourite Russian musician
I was about to write the same 😂
That Bach interpretation is astonishingly good. Well done.
I think his performances in general are outstanding. I bet he practices 40 hours a day.
Totally amazing
As a Bulgarian I couldn't have imagined something more accurate
Was that a reference to Pê-loc from Bartok’s Romanian Folk Dances?! It really reminded me of that, with the high melody, the droning guitar and slow, rubato rhythm.
Great to see Orlando Bloom back at it again!!!
As an Italian, the translation of one of our most famous songs in other styles from other countries is an honor!
I am very happy that you chose Bach as the German music reference and not some bavarian Volksmusik. Thanks for that.
This video is a wonderful performance and idea - as usual from you.
Is there any reference to Sergey Sadovoy you could link in the description? He is just amazing, too
Here in Brazil they had the ability to destroy this beautiful melody with not so adult lyrics, just to sum it up. I think I can speak for Brazilians of good taste - thank you for your beautiful version.
OMG. I love you for this Chopin attempt! Just like it should be. Thank you.
So, first you flex on us with your guitar, and now also with language??🤯 On a serious note, Chopin sounded so authentic! 👏👏👏
I have to repeat myself: i would like to hear this kind of music in school. There is soooo much in these 8 minutes about music theory and Culture that shall be used as a key to open young minds and show how hard work, study and creativity can really contribute for a better and beutiful world. This music refill my heart, thank you guys.
The Chopin style is also very jazzy.
Bravo.
Wow, the Chopin one was amazing!
It's a constant amazement to me how accordionists manage to know where they should place their fingers, especially in the bass keys, as there seems to be a conspicuous absense of reference points in their instrument.
It's quite simple: just avoid the wrong buttons :-D
@@ARKSTGT That's it?
Damn. And here I was thinking it'd be complicated! ;)
I enjoyed this more than I thought I would
Poland/ Chopin version is amazing
Uff, that's good that he didn't choose disco polo for Poland
Laying here wondering what a privilege to be able to watch such incredible level of talent at any given time… Thank you!
thanks for the best 8 minutes of the day
you are one another kind of musician
Your skill is really amazing bro.
Simply AMAZING! As usual, your arrangements are beautiful, going from minor to major, using your amazing skills and it shows the knowledge you have on all of these styles. Loved the Asturias xD. PARABÉNS!!
Lucas, i know it is really lame to ask for these things but if you are incorporating more and more countries, i would love to see what you would use from Greek style music and your interpretation. Surprise me please!
Και εγω
I'm a gringo (USA) and I was watching videos of my favorite electric guitarist when I came across your site so I checked out a couple of videos. Very nice playing as I don't like just electric guitar. Love me some Spanish guitar and Brazilian music in general. And then you started speaking in different languages. Learning languages is my passion. I've been working on German because I just got a bit burnt out with romance languages. Oh, your jazz version was great too, heck all your versions are very nice. I'll check out more of your videos. I'm trying to locate your accent, not easy to do but I have a couple of ideas. I also really enjoyed your videos on Stevie Wonder and Django. That's the first time I've actually seen a picture of his injured hand. That video may have inspired me to give the guitar another shot, cause heh, I've got all my fingers and yet I've never managed to learn how to play my favorite instrument, the guitar. Merci, obrigado, grazie, Shukran, gracias, danke schön, thanks a ton.
Dude, you are really awesome.
Incredible collaboration
Genius!
Thrilled to see Alip Ba Ta among the likes of Bach, Chopin, and Tarrega.
From Brazil, and that was awesome
If lucas recorded a bossa nova album I would buy it in a heartbeat
Thanks
I just need the Tabs from that Bach Version. Great Job!
Great job! My favorite versions are the ones with the harmonics, such as the ones reminding to far East. It's also fun to hear french mood here as 'majorized' in a happy mood, like a complementary character of the italian original, traditionally it used to be the other way around as for melancholic french mood. Bartòk track seems more close to the romanian than to hungarian dances.
Brasil is so big and multicultural that the Argentine version related pretty well to me (just as the Brazilian), as I live close to the border with Argentina
Thank you 🙏
I love the pacing of your videos, now. Each section having ample time to appreciate it. These kind of comps can often seem rushed
Great composing and great playing man. The language app plug is so on the money with this video, love it when the commercial is actually also about the topic of the video.
OMG!
This was …… no idea, i‘m speachless…
One of my favorite videos on RUclips. Thank you so much!
Man, Speakly sure picked the right guy to do this ad! :)
Merci
My two favorite musicians! It just gets better all the time!
Lucas is back! Too good.
You two guys are amazingly talented. I don't know how long such a collaboration takes to set up such an inspired video. I cannot imagine it just comes naturally to get the inspiration for styles like this.
And also, Lucas beyond being an absolute master of the guitar, you're incredibly gifted in humor, langages, singing... Cannot express enough of my admiration for you.
Why is William Turner playing the acordion? He's a pirate!

Jaw is on the floor
Asturias meets Bella ciao, that's just remarkable! If only the big snappy strums was included it would have been heaven 🤙
Trop fort.... Bravo, monsieur !
Thank you! This picked me up out of a COVID rut after finally getting sick today! Feeling a little better now ☺️
Terima kasih bro lucas
Two of the best instruments, supplemented by two second-to-none musicians (each with a unique style that belongs to no one else), redefining the boundaries of traditional music.
Loved the Japanese-koto take.
Me too! He maximized those harmonics. His musical ear must be amazing!
Very good! 🇧🇷❤️
Just amazing
Spain is my favourite
as a brazilian i guess you should search for a brazillian style called choro or chorinho its look like tango but that's much more interesting than bossa nova, check it out.
YOU ARE MAESTRO
Videos that represents the different styles of countries in music will always work !
I liked the way you spoke in French :D
It was awesome surprise, thank you. I'm bulgarian
One of RUclips best videos! You‘re my Guitar-Hero!
Awesome shoutout to Alip Ba Ta! A true contemporary enigma!
You just inspired me to listen to more Bach and learn something similar, and get better at guitar in general.
TALENT!!! Beautiful… That part at the end of the Bach section for example!!!
Love from Indonesia
Excellent duet
Your tremolo is amazing
Vraiment génial. Un duo extraordinaire ! Bien vu pour chaque pays, dont le mien ! 😉
Quelle bonne idée 😎
Excellent !
**
What a great idea 😎
Excellent !
Can we just recognise the fact that Lucas (if that's even your real name) is damn freegin incredible on guitar, like holy crap, a lot of the techniques he uses are so fckn hard to do, and even harder to do well.
Beautiful !
excellent video as always !!
These work so well!!
I love your vids so much :))
Great guitar technique! You're amazing Lucas. Thanks. Nice accordion too.
Спасибо, напомнили мне молодость и красавца Дина Рида (впервые услышала эту песню).
Hahahaha... Superb!! Greeting from Indonesia! 👍👍👍👍
Staring contest with the accordion player
Brazil actually has a version of bella ciao... search for "Só quer vrau"... it is quite... unique, so to speak....... it is NOT this elegant bossa nova, though....
Spoiler: "só quer vrau" sucks and has nothing to with its original lyrics
@@Gustavo-ee3ne obviously
Yeah man , your German version is awesome ! ( especially the bass notes you nailed in perfect tempo )
Orlando Bloom really hit it off with the accordion
I would love to see your version of samba em prelúdio
Im from Argentina, i recommend you to listen zamba, i think its more beautiful than tango, listen to "cuchi Leguizamón" and "Atahualpa Yupanqui", im sure you will like
Lucas!! Bravo! You are an inspiration!
Fantastic, great fun! Thank you!
Excellent as always
From Russia with love )))) serious military song about italian partithans, which loved in Russia since 1955 )))
Your french accent is pretty good
these were very cool and imaginative arrangements!
Man this guy is talented
Total inspired creativity!
I think you channeled Chopin. Well done.
Hey I'm from Indonesia.
So accurate!!!!
The ad was fire lmao
Wow...all versions are even better than original one used in series 'money heist'...💯💯👍👍🔥🔥🎉🎉👌👌
I didn't see that coming! As an Indonesian, I thought you were gonna do it in Keroncong style, instead of Alip's style...! Either way; a very nice video!
Thank you for bringing Hungary!
That alip ba ta style though!!!!
Awesome!!!!
I've rarely heard someone from outside the region to pull off a 9/8 measure so perfectly. You really captured the spirit of that horo. Bravo!
We all expected a "but it's jazz" version in a country!!
Bravo!
And thank you both very excellent
MAMMA MIA!
Great work - so entertaining and so skilled - thank you so much!
