Hey! I am using a 4-4-2 with wing backs. and my rm and lm is on inverted winger role. That hasnt really been working out that well. Can you suggest some ideas. I do wanna use wing backs cuz I like them to attack but its just nit working out with inverted wingers. I have to use inverted wingers becauses my lm and rm have cut inside traits, so they dont work out well with winger roles. Any ideas?

A question just came up. Not related to this though. But anyway.
How much do you use the grades that the players recieve after a match ?
How can you tell if the grade is caused by a bad tactical choise or if it just simply was a bad performance by the player ?
How much is the grade influenced by a goal scored ?

I use it a fair bit. Goals scored tend to skew it up by a fair bit and it goes down a lot of the player commits a mistake leading to a penalty.
Personally if my team is leading and playing well but we have outlier performance eg everyone is 7 and one player is 6.6 I take notice, because that player is only meeting expectations. I then pay attention to his performances and what he was expected to do. If he was a playmaker were his pass completions good or maybe was he moving around making himself available for the passs (Passes received) I also look at the game to see if transitions failed or worked around him. Nothing beats visual confirmation. Transition failures with more than one player in the formation can reflect poor tactical choices or one player playing badly there could be a reflection of him having a poor game.

I tried setting up training schedules from scratch but it takes forever and my head nearly exploded. Does it make a big enough difference to go to all that trouble? You have great mental agility for this stuff.
