To be honest i bought a small bottle of the aca 500 jut to test it and i love that it has high working time, no dust, cleans so easy and also finishes down preety good. I will buy the big bottle in the future.
Yancy SERIOUSLY needs to stop CONSTANTLY interrupting Mike, it gets annoying in the video.

Great VDO guys! May we ask one question? How can we know that it was hard paint or soft paint ?
Great question and everyone wants a SIMPLE answer but there is no simple answer. The REAL answer is YOU need to buff out a LOT of cars and remember how easily or how difficult it was to remove the defects using the tools, pads, products and technique you bring to the process. Too many variables. In my classes, I do the Test Spot on each car the class details and I share with them via a live demo if the paint is hard or soft.

Great video yet again. Thank you for clearing up these systems. Helps me make a decision. So far I've been using 3D ONE and AAT 505, Poxy for the past two years. With the 3D purple pads. I have a bottle of P&S Plsymaker and I've only used it 5 TIMES. I might as well give it away. It's so hard to remove and extremely dusty. 3D products all the way for me. Would love to see the interior line of 3D products in n your videos.

Where are these classes that he teaches
At the 3D Training Center in sunny, Stuart Florida. Someone said "Autogeek". WRONG. I left Autogeek over a year ago because they current owner turned the company into a toxic work environment. Check this out,

The last class Autogeek taught with their new "instructors" had 9 Instructors and 7 students. Total failure and I feel sorry for the people that PAID to take that class or any of their current classes.

Why is 3D ACA 510 is not available in Indonesia? The only available products is 500, 520 ,ATA seriew ,speed and 3d one..

6 to 8 sections passes, that is why we preach to do a test spot to see how many passes you have to do to correct the paint. Thanks for tuning in! - Yancy

Hi guys great video I’ve been using meguiars one step also just recently purchased McKee rv polish and wax can 3d one also be used on a fibreglass travel trailer and then finish with 3d poxy thanks
Yes it can - that is a great combo. But it you want to do it all in one step I would recommend 3D Speed. Same as one for correction and has Poxy already in it. - 3dproducts.com/collections/compounds-polishes/products/3d-speed-all-in-one-polish-wax

what would you use take out fine scratches from gelcoat
Rotary with a purple wool pad from Lake Country. Use 3D1. Go hard until they’re gone. Don’t wipe it just change to a soft foam pad and do 3-4 medium pressure passes to finish it out

510 for hard clear (more cutting power), although Mike said it can be used on medium toward soft clear. Speed not advisable used if you want to ceramic coat your car. The wax will interfere the bonding between the coating and the paint.

Ik i aint a profesional but I believe the obvious answer is no. I am not a veteran in this work, more of a hobbyist, but a wax would probably stop it from actually creating a proper coat. Please correct me if im wrong.
You need to remove the wax before doing any ceramic coating

@@3DCarCare I'm getting it as soon as it comes out. Might as well have a gallon ready also to go with the spray bottle. I was checking on my carpro glass compound. And wouldn't you know it. I found it turned over somehow and it spilled right into the drain. Huh! Couldn't believe it. Oh well! I'm just going to have to wait until 3D releases their new glass polish compound thing a ma jigger. Darn it!

Worst paint I've ever come across is a modern import Subaru from Japan with soft dark metallic paint, i never used to have a problem with them in the 90's to early 2000's, obviously the paint technology changed at some point after 2001 and was worse, the only thing that has ever worked since then is 3D ONE.

OKAY 3D. I HAVE A CHALLENGE. DIAMOND PLATE. 3D SO FAR DOESN'T HAVE ANYTHING FOR METAL POLISH. WELL THAT I KNOW OF. IT WOULD BE NICE TO SEE 3D COME OUT WITH A METAL POLISH SYSTEM. CHROME, DIAMOND PLATE ETC
