      @@Jan-zm2yv - You might really like the Flex 3401, or their newer XCE tool. The rotation is gear driven and like a rotary buffer - won't stop rotating where and orbital will.
      I went from a Wen variable speed rotary in 98 to the Porter Cable 7424xp I'm 2011. Once I started using the Porter Cable in 2013 I was hooked.
      I've had the 3401, and in addition to the Porter Cabel I have a Rupes Nano, (2×) Mini, (3×) Duetto, and a LHR21E 21mm tool.
      I'm looking at the Rupes version of the Flex 3401 - The Mille for a gear driven option..After that I might pick up their rotary.
      I've had the Flex PE14 Rotary and a Makita 9237c, but I sold them because I rarely used them. Wish I had kept that Flex PE14. I got it cheap.

      The Rupes has the ability to cut as good as a rotary, it has a lot more cutting ability than your typical Porter cable, etc. I would say that it's fair in that sense. They obviously felt comfortable with it.

      The Rupes with a microfiber cutting disk is very powerful with the correct product. Cuts as good or better than a rotary with a wool pad. No splatter, no burn through, no holograms, lighter than the dewalt in this video, Rupes is the way to go now, the future!

      yes the m105 and 205 do dust like anything but they do work. Personally I own both s3 and s30+ scholl and they don't dust one bit and have the longest working times known to mankind!

    • @danlc95
      @danlc95 4 года назад

      He uses water to cut the emulsion, to get more cut. Those Megs products are designed to work fast with very short work times.
      That being said, even with best practices, the dust is a bit much for me. M205 is ok, but the compounds dust.
      I've been using 3D One more and more. It cuts nice, finishes great, and refuses to dust.
