It worked for me, once i disbled sysmain it went down a little bit, and when i disable the other thing it went down to 0-2%

Hi, i done all the things you said but my pc is still on 100% disk. My pc (desktop) have problem when restart my pc on Dell logo it hangs i have to turn off and then turn on then its restart. Any idea how to fix this issue. I have Dell inspiron 660 10 year old pc 8gb ram and HDD 1.68TB free storage. I have checked malware as well.

My cpu and disk went from 48 and 100 to 2 and 3 hopefully this is actually a perm fix and if it's not I'll give an update
