Aside from this joke, I love how he kept it real... Will they put in more gym equipment? I don't think so. U can even put a charcoal grill out here. Is that allowed? Probably not. Ooh, laundry hookup? They're getting ready to put laundry in here? No. Well you can sneak in your own setup? You didn't hear that from me. Hahaha! Better than the young dude in a Cash vid I just watched that BS'd his way through the whole apartment...didn't even know there was a patio in his own listing (I swear that kid did that in another video, too! 😅)
I definitely like the upper floor townhouse apartment better. It feels bigger, plus you get that fabulous roof deck and a balcony too! The kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful, and is pretty sound proofed. Great place!
Very pretty and spacious places! Love the roomyness and the natural light. Freeway noise isn't so bad with all the positives of the place. One could even put up greenery or some grass mats to the hight of the balcony railing. Still get all the sun needed but you wouldn't see the freeway or people seeing in..😃❤
I love the roofdeck. You can save a lot of money short term. 1. You dont have to go to discos anymore to go deaf. 2. You can save on groceries by planting you own vegetables on the roof until you get sick of cancer through the whole car emissions. Long term you have to get your ears and body fixed, but shortterm a real deal.
Today’s find is up to your quality standards! Everything is modern. fresh and spanking brand new and that’s reflected in the rent. Generous rentals without a questionable geometry. Only drawback is most people don’t want to have the freeway next to their bedroom but each to his own. The Peloton exercise bike in the basement is a bonus!
You people sound like you just spent the last 50 years in prison then just got out yesterday. I could take a shit on your door step and you would be like omg it's so beautiful how it's not Inside my house!!! Look how easy I can step right over it! Isn't that amazing! Jesus help these mentally defective people
Found you last year on here. Love the videos the tour of the streets of NYC really helps me know what to expect, should I ever visit the city in the future. The apartment's are interesting the different sizes and prices.
The downstairs apartment is a TWO bedroom unit because the basement room has no egress window. The upstairs apartment is a better deal because it has three legal bedrooms, and it's cheaper. Not keen on the neighborhood and the roar of the highway, however.
Wow - what a dream property. Gotta love it when people have the money and decide to just go all out with it! Gotta say I'm partial to that townhouse apartment. Just an incredible space
Hey!!! I love your videos!!! My mom even watches them in south jersey to feel closer to me hahaha! I just want to say real quick that you’ve been in Williamsburg a couple of times and you pointed out a couple of coffee shops, but where I work is ACTUALLY the neighborhood coffee shop and bar called “the west” so it will be awesome if you could stop by for one of your videos and say hi!
The description says “apartments that normal people can actually afford.” Cash no. But I will say these apartments are some of the better value and they are gorgeous minus the highway running through your backyard lol
Cash's vids give me a better sense of his city in a way that no work of fiction (or TV show, movie) could ever do. As such, that Benjamin Moore store (assuming it sells spray paint, which it probably does) must make out like a bandit. Although I imagine not all taggers actually pay for their artists' material.
Too bad Mark doesn't come with the flat. Broadway stars need to see these listings; they could probably afford them. Someone needs to book you on Colbert's show.
If I had to choose I'd say the 2nd apartment is better. But the outdoor deck on the upper level, what's to stop other people from coming onto your area? There's no barrier between your space & the common space. The room is nice & bright but what's to stop others from coming around to look in your windows & try the door? The 1st had a nice outdoor area but we all know you can't say that basement room is a bedroom with no window. There's a washer dryer hook-up but no machines & the agent doesn't think you can put 1 in? For almost $6K no one should have to pay to put 1 in. & that "gym" Wow a Pelton that someone probably didn't want. So really it's just an empty room masquerading as a gym. But I bet a few kids will get together to rent these places so they can say they live in Williamsburg
Love these two apartments. Very spacious indeed. The kitchens, bathrooms & outdoor space are all amazing. The bedrooms are larger than normal as well. Shame about the neighborhood though. ❤️🖖
Much nicer than than a lot of them. Great neighborhood and all the small stores. The bottom one had a great backyard where you could put a small pool there it hot tub and plenty of plants and greenery. See ya
Thank you for your entertaining videos! Living in NY is a dream, but a dream interrupted by my current rent of 900, for 4 bedrooms/2 baths and a yard with a garage. 🙂
Hardware stores also have spray paint just like Benjamin Moore paints would have in fact they might give a jaundiced eye to somebody who looks like they might want to purchase spray paint just to paint "Glidden paint is better"on their security gate when they are closed
My daughter lived by a rushing river for a couple of years. It was not pleasant, very tiring to have to process that noise out constantly, never got used to it. That traffic would be no different.
Hey Mark, cool place. I'm staying at a loft INSIDE the local train station for a birthday staycation (it sleeps 4 - one King bed, 2 bunks - i'm by myself - and it has an outdoor patio - snow included) and i managed to sneak my cat in LOL. That will be in February vlogs on my channel ❤
It's funny how people usually think sales people have money flying out of their asses. But the reality is a lot of them can't even afford what they're trying to sell. Lol thank you for being honest about what you can and cannot afford Cash, it makes you 100% more relatable
I'm #1 oh boy. That's exciting. Good morning Cash and other people. Now I'm going to watch the video. Hours later........ I saw the video. I had fun. Now I'm going bowling.
I personally like the downstairs one better. Spacious bedrooms and a private patio, and. A good layout. The top floor one is nice, but I just couldn't live with the highway literally right next to my window.
OMG @ 11:28 the realtor guy said, " If you close your eyes it sounds like a rushing river" LoL I did that and the freeway kinda does sound like that LoL hmmm not bad
You know just living by a highway and the possibility of the noise Factor, has anyone thought of the pollution that you'll be breathing all the time from car exhaust? I don't think I would want to live that close to a highway.
@@twinsonic I don't care where you're from, this is an apartment in New York City where there are a lot of old bombs on the road and as I said the diesel trucks stink to high heaven. And also a lot of cars on the road that are illegally being driven that are falling apart right before your eyes. So I tend to think you just don't see past your own neighborhood
@@janish3059 yeah. I agree. I was thinking the same thing. I've lived in a lot of different places in larger cities and the amount of traffic on that freeway...and the pollutants in the air. Especially if you're outside on one of the decks or balconies just trying to relax. Just thousands of cars a day. All day and night. All those diesel trucks plus old beaters. Yeah, I live in California so I know that even though this looks nice inside...No, I'd never rent this place.
Nice apartments but the basement room in #1 is windowless so I'd pass on it. #2 is my fav but it's a pity that there's not a bathroom on the top floor.
Cash does exaggerate about bedrooms, micro sinks, closets, light in the units, basement livability and massive graffiti. If the rents are so HIGH where are all the vandals living??
Mmph... One of them is "G"ood and one of them is "L"ousy... Okay... it took me a minute to laugh and giggle. I liked both units. I thought I liked the upper unit better than the ground floor one until I saw that the upper bedroom occupant would have to descend the stairs in order to use any of the bathrooms. Now, how could that beat that ground floor unit with a bedroom with its own half bath and such easy access to a Peloton bike?
@Beth A. mine is more than double that for a 75 year old house that’s not been updated since the 70s. No garbage disposal or dishwasher. But it still beats sharing walls with strangers.
Yikes...I'm sure someone would love this. But to have the BQE right there is a nightmare. At rush hour its a parking lot with exhaust from all those cars and trucks on their way to Staten Island and NJ or to Queens.
I lived in this area. Overheard two gentlemen in orange and green (sanitation department) discussing their side gigs. Weekdays pick up garbage, weekends drove a bus upstate so local families could visit family members in prison. Glad to see it is changing. Also, if you think being near the highway is loud try walking under the Williamsburg Bridge.
I could watch these all day. They really spared no expense on the tiles and love that they made that little space a half bath.
I’d never want to live in NYC but I can’t stop watching either

"Sounds like a rushing river" priceless comment!!!

Thanks Cash
No joking. I like watching traffic. There will be times where it's quieter but it will sound amazing in the rain

Hi!
I wish I lived in New York paradise.
