Those are trolley tracks. This is a neighborhood that people moved into right after they get off the boat at Ellis Island. My Mother lived in Williamsburg as a child. I'm 65.
"It's almost like this kitchen was designed by a landlord that expected you to use it"....Nice statement! I once rented a place outside Boston that the oven did not work. When I called the landlord he asked me "What are you a baker?" I then mentioned that I didn't see a smoke detector in the place and that if he wasn't there in 3 hours to fix/replace the oven and smoke detector, that I'd walk across the street to the Fire Department and invite them in for a tour. Yeah, different kind of landlord. He didn't arrive to fix it. I didn't stay there past 1 month....he was bad, and of course I reported him to the Fire Department. Cost him somewhere around $15000 in fines after the Fire Department toured his building. Don't piss off your tenants man....especially in a "small town".

There's a big difference between street art & graffiti & some of that street art was magnificent. I was pleasantly surprised by what the building offers. Even the open kitchen in the apartment was nice. For the price I like it but all those stairs & no elevator is a deal breaker for me
That's an awesome building. The art on it makes it stand out for all the right reasons. And I've said it once, and I'm going to say it again. In my opinion, you will find the best loft apartments in Brooklyn. And the icing on the cake are the simple but cool amenities in the building.
Your sense of humor and cadence of delivery is FABULOUS! You make me smile most every day with your videos and make me wish I could move to NYC! MUCH success this new year! (:
Awesome loft! Looks like mine years ago, same high ceiling, brick as this is obviously a former factory. Except I paid $600/mo for the space only. Shared shower/sink which was located OUTSIDE our living space with the other artists. I had to walk down a long hallway to get back and forth. Sometimes the hallway was covered with paint, or dry pigments. Thank you for interesting video. And, this is a pretty good price for these newly refurbished lofts. Also a great location.
Love how Cash saying this is the same Landry machine he has in his apartment could be considered a compliment…but not if you watch his videos regularly 😂
That park is actually pretty freaking cool! It's big, has a running track, a basketball court and nice bathrooms. I like the braille and sign language there too. You made the neighborhood seems sus and sketchy with the jokes hahaha. Nice apartment anyway!
I really disliked that brown tiling in the bathroom, but... I could get over that for $3700/month for that space. I thought the building's amenities were nice and FREE and I love the access for those who are handicapped. Overall, a great space and opportunity. CONGRATULATIONS Cash in achieving over 400K subscribers! Now, onto 500K!
Personally I really liked the bathroom. Definitely a matter of personal taste. This apartment is one of the best looking ones Cash has ever toured, IMO, with tons of character
Absolutely love this loft. The bathroom was outrageous, such beautiful tile! The only thing that's a drawback are the bedrooms. If they knock down the middle wall and make it one big bedroom that would be much better. Not crazy about the area either. Aside from that, it's a winner 🏆
Cash, you've got to hike up to Washington Heights!!Your viewers would be jealous seeing what we have here. Plus, Ft. Tryon Park, Inwood Hill park, river views, cheap rent, large apartments....great food, no empty storefronts, A train is an express.
CASH . . . you've become a (THE) housing institution, of New York City. And, you drag along positively all those commercial units, on the ground floor . . . + neighboring parks ! 😎 🇺🇲 🤗
"Luxury apartments?" "Ah, yeah, sure." I guess luxury is in the eye of the beholder. This apartment has a good kitchen and plenty of living space (with just one window), but then I run out of nice things to say. The neighborhood doesn't excite me, and I'm never enthused about lots of stairs.
Twenty years ago vendors would set up card tables in Manhattan and sell books so new they were not yet in bookstores. They came from a 15 thousand square foot warehouse in this neighborhood. The books were randomly stored in large cardboard boxes without any logic. The gentleman who showed me around would not speak to their provenance.

I would have a living wall plus all sorts of plant with the exposure! What a great space. Though it would have to be cleaned very well as it looks like it hasn’t had a deep clean in a long time. Building and gym added bonus!
Cash! In 2017, my day started at 230am and ended at 11pm for about 8 months! Weekends off. I was trying to save money quickly to get another apartment. If the will is there, a way will present itself!
Cash, has anyone ever gotten back to you in the comments and said something like "Yeah, that's my old apartment. Amazing place to live. Love the building and the landlord was cool"?

Nice apartment; good kitchen set up and placement, as well as, the bathroom; ductless HVACs 👏; nice bedrooms, except in the first bedroom--where's the closet? Otherwise, pretty good looking place. 👍

That was well done. Back in the '60's when my big brother was in the Air Force,. While he was stationed in the Philippines, he got see her and The Supremes!
I like the pressed metal ceiling in this one. Was surprised at how dirty the apartment was though. Don't tenants have to clean it (or get it cleaned by a professional) after they move out? That's a requirement of tenancies here in Australia.
