- This cool apartment is a little tiny-house that sits on top of Soho in Manhattan New York City! You have a direct view of the Empire State Building. Its just too much money for me unfortunately.

Great news! If you make a purchase from any link above, my channel earns a small affiliate commission from the site.
Cash have you ever considered doing like a before where you show the apartment and the after where someone shows you what they did with it after they rent it? I know that would require a ton of follow-up and work you probably don't have time or resources for, but I would tune in for that.
He already does "show me your apartment" segments in some of the videos where people do that. No before but some cool apartments and furnishings.
Excellent concept, à la "House Hunters."
I would pay to watch!
Excellent idea; especially for the living spaces that are challenging.
@@arandomevent ...I think that's someone else..I sub to his channel CALEB SIMPSON....
@@jinisteffani8035 Nope, it's Cash. They're little segments in between the empty apartments in a few of his videos. Really cool reveals when his fans agree to show their spaces, but only in a few videos here and there.
On a side note, if you could find a hotel going for around $300 - &350/night, it would be cheaper than these apartments, & it would be furnished, no HOA fees, utilities paid, & no credit check.. Oh, & daily maid service.. go figure.. I once lived like this for a year, & I’ll never go back..
I have always loved prewar buildings. Charles has some of the best . Prewar buildings were built to last and the plus side is, they always have character, and walls are super thick so you don't hear somebody sneeze in the adjoining apt.
They have extras liked curve archways, wood staircases, etc. I would be happy in any of these apts, if, could afford them.
There are some older buildings that have crown molding, tiny tiles in the bathroom with a claw foot tub, solid wood flooring, a large kitchen, and French doors. I rented one in Jersey City back in 2003 for $650. I'm sure they've gone up, but even double would be a good price nowadays.
What does prewar mean in American context? What time period is that within?

Charles is a gem
I love how half the videos are a tour of the neighborhood. Cash is the best tour guide!
Charles is the type of guy on video, that makes me want to be his friend. He seems like such a nice guy that would keep me laughing.
Congrats on 400K! Well deserved Cash.
The driver was like both spending time with my daughter and making a video wow a great dad right there
He who asks $7450 per month for that locker isn't crazy but the one who pays is.
The prices are a joke.
Both are fucking crazy!!
An outdoor deck dose not qualify as a “tiny home”.
How can anybody afford that?!
@@beerhammer1881 Even if you stuff three people in there, they would have to be earning enough to chip in over $2000 a piece. And if you can afford that, you SHOULD be able to have your own place. But then, I come from the time when a 2 bedroom was about $750.
Charles is a whole vibe!
I just can't imagine paying almost ten grand per month on an apartment, no matter how nice.
Same ....an average German earns like 2000-3000 euro per month ,so our rent would be like 600-700 euro if you live modestly or even up to 1000 and something euros if you live luxuriously, but there is still plenty of money left 🙈
I saw the 1st apartment on the short Charles did the other day. Love the fact that it has a real staircase up to the roof deck instead of 1 if those death defying spiral ones. It's a great unit & I love all the bookcases in the 1 room. It's a perfect home office/guest room. B4 anyone says anything altho the price sounds high it's actually in line with others in that neighborhood. 2nd place was also decent. I just wasn't a fan of the 3rd because I hate the cheap living room/kitchen combo idea. But as usual Charles always brings us good places!
That 2nd apartment was stunning! Best apartment you've ever filmed. Old school, luxury is the 💣 💣 💣
Ohhh no I don’t think the second apartment is one of Cash and Charles best apartment for the price or the area, I apologize for not agreeing with you though, have a great day😉
Nice but very expensive 😮
Love Charles so much. He is so cute.❤
Every time my 2 year old son sees you on the screen, he cracks up. I don't know why but he gets a belly laugh. He's non verbal so I can't ask why he finds you funny lol. It's cute though.
It's always a good morning when I get to watch Cash. I'm happy you take a break but I miss the videos.
The Boyz are back in town!
Thank you Cash and Charles! Those are some nice places.
FANELLI's is the BEST!!! The dots (especially in front of Louis Vuitton) are celebrating the partnership between the 93-year-old artist Yayoi Kusama (which is VERY controversial) and the other retailers are joining the wave. While the apartment is very nice, I did not really find it "ooo-ahh" but at $7500/month in SoHo that's the right price! I liked the one bedroom $7500/month apartment in the West Village much better. It has more character, and it seems that you get more for your money. The $5700/month two bed was nice, save the snack area which masquerades as a kitchen. Overall... very nice showings. It's why Charles is in charge!
Love your showings with Charles Munroe. He has great apts for viewing!
Cash, congratulations on hitting 400,000 Subbies!
Thanks!
@@CashJordan How is your new baby?
I think I like the last apartment best because it's the only one that approaches affordability. The others were frightfully pricey. That first one with the "library" was really only one bedroom.
I didn't want this video to end, love the energy you have Cash! You and Charles work well together. Love it!!!
I don't live in NY (and I don't need an apartment), however I remain hooked on these videos!
Q: 🤔 But why?
A: Because Cash Jordan is so tremendously likeable.
*Like, Share, Subscribe*
Same! Funny how fascinated we are by how others live!
Me too. I'd *never* live in a congested city, but while I'm nicely ensconced in a paid for 4 BR home, it's interesting to see how other people have to live. To me, NYC is appalling... but my relatives who grew up there kind of miss it. Even though they all moved away decades ago. I think it's that thing where memories scrub all the "bad stuff" out and only leave the "good stuff"...
@@MrJest2 Yes for many of us that live here we couldn't live anywhere else. I could never live so far away from everything and everyone. I have everything I need at a walking distance.
But it's getting so crazy expensive here! These videos annoy me because I can't believe how they talk about this rent like it's normal. (I keep watching though lol)
I had to smile when you showed "Rimowa" and were talking about passport photos😁. Rimowa is one of the leading high quality making suitcase factories in Europe. I was founded back in 1898 in my later neighborhood in Cologne, Germany. Their suitcases are made of lightweight aluminum.
@ jmcgyver5541: were Rimowa's suitcases made of lightweight aluminum from the inception of the company, 1898, or more recently? Growing up, I never saw suitcases made of aluminum, only fabric covering a ??firm substance?? Thank you 😊 💓 From NYC.
Decent water pressure in the first apartment? It looks like it has a prostate problem to me! 😆😭
Charles can do the Vulcan peace sign!! He is on the way to full recovery!! Get well soon, Charles' hand!!! ❤
Thanks for your videos Cash 🙂 they always make me smile! Best of luck to you and your family 👍
This is actually a one bedroom with a study home office.
I don’t live in NYC but I love watching, specially when we get the “Charles and Cash” Show!
Cash, Charles is a fun video sidekick! 💥🎉💖
In unit laundry??! This is a win 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
Congratulations Cash for 400k ...love your videos
Cash love your videos and the editing is great. I so enjoy you and Charles together -- great team. Take care. Hey how about some pictures of the family -- new baby, Violet and the wife -- hope all is well.
Beautiful apartments.
I've noticed that every apt. that has crap water pressure has "decent water pressure". Come on Cash!!!
$7450 and you can get into the building with a metrocard. Sounds safe
Cash.. would love to see more brownstones or lofts in NYC. !!! Love them. Love your videos, there's no one like u
I’m from Tennessee and live about an hour from Nashville in a really small town so seeing these tiny ass apartments and super busy city living is almost culture shock to me lol!! I think I could assimilate it would just take time.!.! I don’t see how you deal with all the traffic!! If I want to go somewhere I want to be there fast and under 5 minutes which is easy here but I bet impossible there.
Not a lot of New Yorkers drive. There’s plenty of public transportation in NYC to get (almost) anywhere.
I think what would be fun is having some New Yorkers see or live down here and see how they react or like/dislike a slower pace with more room to move around. It would be interesting
Depends on where you live in New York. I drive to work every day (Brooklyn) and many of my co workers live in Staten Island who also have to drive. Some New Yorkers use public transportation, some like me drive everywhere. Traffic is a pain in the butt, especially during rush hour. Best to use gps app that will get you around. I get everywhere including to Manhattan in good time by planning ahead.
@@twiggy6591 sounds like a fun channel idea!
@@twiggy6591 ok, twiggy, sign me up. I'd give Tennessee a try considering housing is supposed to be so affordable. What could a modest, "normal" 2 bdrm, 2 ba house w,/a bit of yard space sell for nowadays? Also, what could an apt of same size rent for? Also, food prices & gasoline? Thank you 😊💓. From NYC.
All the congestion and buildings amaze me. I would not deal with it well! It must take special chutzpah to go out in that business without freaking out. I will stay here in my town of 10,000 in the upper midwest and be very thankful I can look out my window and see birds and deer.
Love your video with Charles , some great apartments.
Your buddy Charles always has the best units. Love love the 10th floor prewar 1bd in the West Village.
Awesome job Jordan
That was a lot of head turning for 1 flush!!!!! If your refined friends/associates are having dinner and someone flushes I hope there is a lot of loud music and conversation!!! 😂 Great video with you and Charles!!!! ❤️
Hi Cash and to your friends that is a nice tiny home on the rooftop. It’s a great view of NYC and Broadway👍
All great apartments today. Lots of light and energy. Love all the brick walls. However, as an owner of a 123 year old house with bricked in fireplaces, I would never allow my tenants hanging anything on those walls.
Once again Charles saves the day.
Kool place Cash hello from Australia to you and Charles 👍🇦🇺
#1 is my fav even though the bedrooms are of very unequal size. #3 has no laundry so red flag. Loved the tours.
That rooftop space is awesome!!
🤣Cash and Charles using a transit card to break in🤣. Good morning guys, you cracked me up at 0830am..(I'm in Washington state lol)
I really enjoy your videos Cash! 🎉congratulations on 400k. Now as much as I love Charle's apartments woooo how do you pay $6k for a 1BR apartment??? 😮
You work for Charles Schwab as a $200k accountant, which you think is awesome when you get offered the position, but then discover you have no life and no possessions because you spend all your money on rent.
@@MrJest2 sad life isn't it :(
Loved the video. You are famous in New York. Every one likes you. That's awesome. Very nice places today. If you can afford them and I guess New Yorkers can. Great seeing Charles. See you
Almost 9000 views after being posted for less than 2 hours!
Incredible! 😎
Charles is becoming a fixture in Cash's videos and Cash is becoming a fixture in Charles's apartment s!
Great apartments Cash & Charles. Really liked the first one. I could really see myself in there 🤷♀️. Hope Charles is ok? Did he have an accident? ❤️🖖
Love your videos, can’t imagine people paying 5 6 or more thousand for an apartment, what kind of money must people make a New York City to be able to afford to live in a place like that it just blows my mind I live in middle Tennessee rent here is now $500 maybe 700 tops for a really nice apartment I just I just can’t imagine how much people must make there? my father was born in Brooklyn I have family in Staten Island but I just can’t imagine it’s amazing to me
The way you stomped up those stairs reminds me of when my daughter was 13 and stomped upstairs when we told her off!!🇬🇧🤣
Just like Dude Dad/Super Dad & Rhett and Link, I think you need your own show on the Magnolia Network too. I'm sure all of your subscribers would watch it and you'd probably gain a new audience as well. Keep the videos coming. We miss you when you're away too long (even 1 day is too long).
This is Gonna b so Good CJ🔥🔥🔥👍n Happy Sunday😀….
Gotta love those refrigerators that " don't play games"!
The first place was my favorite. I would float the couch facing the brick. Then mount the entertainment center there. That would leave a walkway, behind the couch, to that other room.
You can film me folding my laundry all day, Cash .... OH WAIT I DONT FOLD ANYTHING 😆❤
I like the last one the best.
Happy Sunday Cash ❤
Cash has never met a sink that doesn't have decent water pressure 😉
I dunno about having the gas meter directly above a gas stove 🤔
That sounds like a " kaboom" waiting to happen 💥
I love that fenced in deck.
KEITH! He was my UPS guy when I worked at 692 Broadway. Good guy
Cash, you are a real trip! Love the cleaver "shade" thrown at LV sayin ti was "Jersey Shore Fashion" and your pithy comments about the aprts and stores deisgned to "take your money."
Cash you are so funny. I can't believe that I love your videos so much and I live in Florida. I can't believe the rent up there either. Cheese and rice man. Good music, too. 🎶
Another Cash-Monroe extravaganza.
A Cash Jordan and Casey collab would be firee
Where I live, that price would get you a 2 story home with fireplaces and central air/ heat, a jacuzzi, two living areas, ensuite bedrooms, a swimming pool, basement apartment, and several fenced acres for pets and kids to play in or for a REAL garden. I lived in NYC before. Wouldn't trade it for here. It's nice to go have picnics at the lake or take the dog to their own parks to play. No comparison.
Nice..very nice! ☺
For me, it's between the 1st & 2nd. Hey Cash 🙌 ML to your family ❤️
Dribbling water = "decent water pressure".
@5:05 Cash says "this is the most stand out feature of this place.." while the camera is trained on Charles entering the roof deck. So, is the Roof Deck or Charles the most stand out feature????
Charles is ALWAYS the standout! 😉😊
First time viewer. My 1,300 sq ft home is under $1,000 per month. Of course it’s not in the big city. Feeling extra grateful.
Does the refrigerator clear the cabinets?
Hey Cash! I’ve been missing you lately! What happened to the daily showing?! Enlighten us please, I started my day watching you…
Lotta rent money for no sprayer at the sink. Love the old buildings.
Apt #1 was a one bed with an office in need of serious renovation for $7.5k… no wonder they need Cash to promote it! (and I live in Manhattan!)
Love these videos but omg Cash show properties that are under 1k a month. I live in upstate and on an acre with a loft giant two car garage over 1600 square foot 1920s school house mortgage 816 includes all my taxes. Having a 22 year old daughter who is interested in moving down there and cannot live and has to be just herself and her cat there’s no way she can afford it with those prices. Who can ??
I don't care what anybody says, a tiny house in a upscale neighborhood is always a fine, if you are a renter!
I would actually live there
Same it’s dope
@@CashJordan yeah
When I was in NYC..Broadway .. I liked that area..LV, Prada 🖤 soho, is still cool & pricey..
That room is so meant to be a office! Lol built for it
I am the first viewer
Yes you are
Yeah but were you the first viewer of the first ever video?
Now you life is complete...
That’s because I sleep late on Sundays
@@CashJordan My Dream for the comings years is to live in NEW YORK
I love the apt with arched door ways...nice feature...the water pressure in the kitchen at 7:30 is awful... it didn't fill the whole sprayer...I think it's clogged...
That new LV bag was the cutest thing EVER!
Nice apartment
I would have to disagree with you about that second flat..it is definitely luxurious😍 and quirks ARE perks🤩
How did you know? I'm on my 3rd day of re-heating that delicious birthday pizza with all the extras (pear, prosciutto, green olives, emmenthal cheese, pineapple, forest mushrooms, spinach, PEAR!) that cost me 80$ LOL 😆 IT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY
💜 happy Year of the Water 🐇🌊
These apartments are cool when you’re young and single…Trust me I’ve been there..
7:31 that's not decent water pressure though 😆
The window at 5:09 - I want that! 🤩
I liked the first 2 apartments but the price is NOT right. Also, I'd have a problem with a bedroom with no door. There's a lack of privacy. I guess I'd use the 2nd room with the built in shelves as a home office/studio/library. It's only 6 feet wide. Whoever owns that property is really trying to stretch the facts by claiming that 6 foot wide room is a bedroom.
Charles!
