You suggested all kinds of furniture options for the roof deck, but then say you wouldn't want to carry a tray of food up the spiral staircase.
Other than a folding chair no one is buying table and chairs to schlep up those stairs. It would have been better to not have the roof access with the stairs and then there would be more floor space on the main floor. If you have the money, it's better as a 1 bedroom and the other room is an office or small den.

Some of those places you can only have the microwave or the coffee maker on at any one time or you blow the trip which will be above the cooker and must be reset.

There's plenty of public libraries all over NYC. Each Borough has their main branch!!!

The best view of the City of any city is to go all the way to the outskirts totally outer edge stuff and then look the complete opposite direction of said city.

I "almost" believe I can go back to NYC until you mentioned the price $4995 a month. Ugh. Nope! LOL. Great content and vid. Thank you, Cash.

Would you please tell me how New Yorkers carry groceries up those long walking stairs after spending $50 - $100 on groceries or any amount or shopping for necessary items such as clothes? One would need a cart. I hope there are elevators to do that or do you have delivery service?

I loved the apartment and the neighborhood! However, I most definitely cannot afford to live in NYC; but would love to be able to come visit some day and explore the city.

My parents lived at W 76th. I spent the first 3 weeks of my life there until they moved us West. My mother said my first visitor after birth was Ed Malcarth. He and my dad were pretty good friends. That was back in 59.
