I am thankful that you felt bad for them carrying your bag for you as not only shows you are still humble but also still care for the ones working hardest to provide the best service they can everyday
How far from the water shuttle is the heliport? Does Blade offer service to LGA and EWR as well? Guessing you were flying about 1,000 ft up--considering the airspace you were in is extremely busy between LGA and JFK, I didn't spot a single heavy taking off or landing! Cannot believe Uber charges roughly the same amount as your ride! An extremely convenient way to get to JFK not needing the subway or Long Island RR! Would you consider doing this in reverse?
I took the regular NY Waterway ferry from Hoboken Terminal to W39th Street terminal and walked down to the helipad. The boat ride took about 5 minutes and the walk down to the helipad took 15 minutes (I took my time). They offer services to EWR but not LGA. Since I live in NJ, taking BLADE is out of the way and unnecessary for me so I wouldn't do it again for that reason. If I lived in Manhattan, that would be a totally different story. Thanks for watching!
wow
Very neat you got to do this!

Did you tip your Delta pilot as well?
And about the tip... Was it a request or did you feel it was more of an obligation?
Thanks for the video ;)
I couldn't tell but it was the same type of email I would get from Uber or Lyft after a ride about leaving the driver a tip and a rating...

You should tip the pilot, if you understood all the work involved to becomw a helicopter pilot, you might agree!
A tip for the pilot. That is different. when did you get the email about the tip?
Right after i arrived at Terminal 4
