I have a test over organic chemistry tomorrow and you’re videos just explained 2 weeks worth of notes that I’ve been completely lost while taking. Thank you seriously!!!!
Hi! Thanks for uploading :) If a fat is monounsaturated, does it mean that there is a single double bond throughout the entire structure or just that one tail has double bonds? Like if one tail had two double bonds would that be mono or poly? And if all tails had one double bond each would that be mono or poly?
From what I have been learning monounsaturated means just ONE double bond throughout the entire structure. Ik it's been 6 months so It may be useless but hope it helps in anyway.
