Thanks Oh and as for my neck, in undergrad someone was pulled down from crowd surfing on top of my head, I stayed straight and my neck did not, hit me so hard my spine bent between my shoulder blades, I think I was kind of lucky because I was an active person that played sports (tennis mostly). Hi. My chiropractor gave me this. I am 5 feet tall and just checked to see what size. They gave me a medium roll. Is this why i hate this thing and it is so uncomfortable and painful?
@@Synergywellnessny I tried to. They insisted the medium was the size I needed. Haven't used it because like I said, it is painful and makes me feel sick. Needless to say, I am not going to that Chiropractic clinic any longer. Went for 2 months, 3 times a week and was in so much pain every day.
Look up size on there website and go back and ask again. That's wrong if he gave you wrong size then he should own up to it and fix it! Use the website to show him the facts! Then gwt a refund or your size

It could take up to a year and half to two years when done daily. Depends on the severity of the cervical curve reduction and cell phone habits
Why not stay more than 20 min? I would like to use while I'm watching tv
Using it is very uncomfortable. You can't even do it for five minutes in the beginning, let alone 20 minutes

Trade in for small size it's yellow in color I believe
