Hi Jamie, unfortunately i think I didn’t do the adjustments right and maybe turned to many times on one side. Is there a way to go back to the factory setting. I know i should have read instructions, which i did but i got a bit hasty, so i think I did too many turns on one side without counting, or paying attention. Got any advice
Take the end caps off, then you can see where the screw is in relation to the roller, rotate them until that looks straight and they're both level, then adjust from there
Several other things to check. 1. Is the treadmill level (side to side). Use the adjustable feet at the bottom rear to level the treadmill. 2. Is the belt too tight or too loose. You should be able to lift the belt from the center about 3”. Tighten or loosen accordingly. 3. Does your belt need lubrication. See operating instructions.
I think you just tighten one of the adjusters the women in the video adjusted. Sorry I cannot recall if it would be the left or the right but I think in your case, the left.
I have brand new walking pad, but it's slipping/stopping on low pace. I lubricated it, but i'm not sure is it too tight the belt. What can i do? How tight the belt must be ? Do i have to be able to put my arm under the belt?
A slipping belt could be because it needs to be lubricated or the belt needs to be tightened. Most treadmills have a bolt at the back of the treadmill on each side to adjust the belt tension. You need to make very small adjustments (a quarter of a turn) at a time and do it equally to each side. Refer to your owners manual on how to adjust your specific brand. Overtightening the belt can damage the machine. When the belt is tightened correctly you should be able to slide your flat hand to almost the middle of the belt from the side. If your entire arm can go under I would say that is not tight enough. Once the belt has been adjusted if the problem continues it could be and under-powered motor or faulty motor on your machine and you should contact a local service technician to assist you.

Mine still skips and all I have to do is put weight on it and as it moves, it sputters and idk what to do. Damn thing is brand spanking new and just took outta the box
How tight should the belt be?
I keep reading the belt should be able to lift 2-3 inches off the treadmill when you pull it up with your hands.
It should be tightened only if you feel it slip when you're running or walking on it otherwise you need not do this
You didn’t explain how much slack should be in it. Should you be able to get your hand under it?
You should be able to lift the belt from the center about 3”.

You all talk about what to do if the belt is too loose. How about a video on how to tell if your belt is too tight.
I agree
You just turn the adjustment screws the other way to loosen (counter clockwise).
Hi, i already alligned the running belt, but when i run or walk to my treadmill, it will move to orher side again. Please help me
Hi I have the same problem, did you find a solution?

No next video on the belt shift ?
How tight is the belt supposed to be? My belt is scraping on the right side which I think means it needs to be shifted to the left. How do I do that?

What if I feel like the running belt is too tight?
You just turn the adjustment screws the other way to loosen (counter clockwise).
I get it lined up perfectly, then after running on it for a minute it shifts to the right. So frustrating!!!
