Dude came back to the shop managed to lower the sound 1 decimal point exactly from the last time he was there. I doubt the karens in the neighborhood are gonna be impressed but i think its perfect

@@Darylrb1983 I bet on a 7.0 he's probably sacrificing 30 to 40 hp not having an x pipe I gained 38 rwhp on my 7.7litre just adding an x pipe. It makes it way raspier on throttle and decel. At idle and low speed it's marginaly quieter

He was well down the street and you can still hear it 😂 very nice I just added a single shorty to my 6.2 09' Denali and I kept the resonator on and took the original 40 off and right away you can hear and feel it and when I cruise at 65 it's wants go more 😂 the sweetest sound and it was cause of these videos I went with the outlaw and will not change, Great video and beautiful motor.

It is an option, go to HHP in Smyrna , Delaware. They will throw one in there for you
Honesty not that far from the 6.4 feel like it be the same thing maybe with little mods to make up for the low end torque
It’s a 6.1L SRT engine bored & stroked to 7.0L. They sell kits even for both the 6.1 & 6.4. Fully forged stroker kits.

I would’ve put Magnaflow Magnapacks on it. Make it deeper and more tame but still have a good sound.👌🏼 Either way, I understand. Sounds good regardless.
That's actually what it had originally when bought i just felt it made it too quiet however I guess I never gave it a fair shot because I took the resonators off at the same time...never heard it with just one or the other🤦🏽♂️

I got a written noise complaint from one of my neighbors about my stang, I just have Corsa Extremes with no resonators, stock cats. Can't wait to put long tubes on my next one.
My buddy is a Ford guy at heart sold his 5.0 for a lighting I love all cars but I'm in agreement I love my srt8 as this car has brought crazy positive things to my life but I plan to have a roush p 51 and a 1le one day just amazing cars imo

@@ehxoz6365 it's been fantastic except that front end damage i been sorting out every since, mines came with corsa exhaust and a huge metal CAI looks custom fabricated. Just put Accel coil packs, diablo tune and alot of suspension work, it runs like a champ.

Shoulda just did an exhaust cutout, except the cutout went to some small but very restrictive mufflers, just for getting in and out of your neighborhood early in the morning and late at night.
