I might have to try this on my 392. Pretty solid gains
Please so I can talk myself into buying one as well for my ‘18 love the channel btw💪
I'd love to see that
Give us a buzz and we’ll set ya up.
@@ProChargerSuperchargers Who should I ask for? I have a stock 392 w/ unlocked PCM. Would be interesting to see with one bolt on how close I can be to hellcat territory.
Cary, Grant, Walt, Tyler, Dakota, Andrew, Sergio, Raven, Brian, Drake or any other of our awesome sales/tech team.
I'm living at 7,000 ft elevation and my 2014 Challenger 5.7L needed more power. I had a local Procharger dealer install a P1X complete system with the big race intercooler. I've had it for 1 1/2 years and love it. The Procharger tune they supply is spot on and it can run like a stock car but with mucho power available. You also get a Diablosport tuner to keep with the car loaded with both stock and 91/93 octane supercharger tune. The only other modification to my car is a cat back exhaust. You dont need all the other cams, headers, etc... this setup is plenty for the street!!!! Thanks Procharger❤❤❤
Love hearing this! Thanks for sharing!!
@@ProChargerSuperchargers pro chargers and turbos take the win for me, personally hellcat style superchargers to be good for what they are but soon as you start adding pullies and turning up the boost there rpm limit and survivability is lacking..turbo or procharger is where it's at!!! I'd own a stock hellcat and leave it at that, but the first mod for me would be get rid of that style supercharger if I was gonna go up in power..If I only had a dollar for every hellcat being hammered past redline of the supercharger with to much pully trying to get more boost with some guy going on about redline for the engine...pro charger or turbo for me!!! Then they blame it on the supercharger after they burn the nose bearing out of it!!
@@ProChargerSuperchargersbuddy at work literally spent 30k building a 1400 horse engine for his hellcat after he launched his factory supercharger...then his builder and tuner went threw 2 more superchargers trying to get what they promised ..now on his 4th supercharger he is running 800 horse..cause finally him and his builder and tuner accept 1400 horse on a supercharger that limits at 18000 rpm is not a good idea...and maybe I wasn't the idiot they all called me when I said you need a procharger or turbo to pull 1400 horse out of that thing but it's OK they all laughed when it was on the dyno and I threw a fit about them running that thing at too high an rpm..they never did pull 1400 horse even with destroying 2 superchargers on the dyno
@ronaldscott642 what did the whole setup with install cost you? Thanks!
@@arqumball3070with all options including the black powder coat on the P1X, bracket, black race intercooler, and helical quiet gears... it cost $15,900 including professional installation by a Procharger dealer shop.
Thanks for the video, I think this video just convinced me that I’m going with the procharged route !
Awesome. Give our crew a call and we'll get you set up.
Great video I got a 5.7 and I definitely gotta get me one of these.
My guess is if my best 0-60 currently is 4.7 that it could go down to 3.7 possibly but love it if someone can chime in who actually has experience with doing the test. Not just guessing. Thanks for video. Very good job and also is a pro charger for 6.1 hemi interchangeable for a 5.7 and if you can respond here please because not wanting to call just yet and buy until I get real answer here. Thanks
@ProChargerSuperchargers
Hello, any additional videos on the Blue V6 Challenger in the video; or other 3.6L Challenger, Charger, or 300?
I have a 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 quad cab Hemi and I know you guys have a kit available for it. My question is have you guys tested these kits at high altitude while towing? I tow at about 6-8k feet above sea level and my truck struggles towing my camper which weighs almost 6k lbs. Transmission is constantly shifting.
Yes, yes you should! You should supercharge ANYTHING that Procharger offers a kit for. Debate over. You’re welcome. Lol
We tend to agree. :)
AGREE!
Y’all should come out with more powerful street head units that can make 1500 up plus not those loud F series
@@SrtHemiPower , 1500hp comes down to wayyy more science than just the head unit. It depends a lot on the build. The head unit is just one piece of the puzzle. But if you’re relying solely on the head unit to put in the work, it’d be hard to name any other option that would be quiet. Big turbo = loud. Big roots blower = loud. Twins = loud. I’m betting a 1500hp street car isn’t no sleeper anyway. So if “loud” is gonna be part of the equation, might as well be loud and dependable and backed by the leading company in the supercharger world…PROCHARGER…
And what would all this cost me on my 6.4l
I had the RIPP centrifugal charger on my 2012 challenger v6. Was amazing. Wanted to try the ProCharger in my 2011 challenger v6. Told they don't offer it in that year..... has anything changed??
I would like to see the air filter somewhere other than above the exhaust header
Got me wanting to trade the A4 for a Hemi! 😜 Easy power and performance!
Went from a b8.5 a4 to a 2018 ram 5.7 now I'm deciding on sc or procharging build
Warranty busters!
Should I supercharge my stupid high compression 12:1+ eagle head/stock pre eagle block 5.7? Probably not. Connecting rods will probably land on Pluto.
If you like centrifugal blowers it’s hard to argue against Procharger, they make a great product!
Thank you!
@@ProChargerSuperchargersdoes it upgrade torque power too??
They are very expensive though
8000$ for the kit excluding shipping that's way overrated price
Hey you guys do the 3.6 chargers and 2023 models
That’s wonderful cool it and ingest it
Kit gotta be worth like 10k huh
Can you use the pro charger on a 2021 charger rt
Hoping for a response, I have a 2016 Ram Rebel.
I've already installed:
Sport AWE exhaust
S&B Cold Air Intake
Throttle body spacer
Diablo Tune with 93 octane tune.
I have someone who says he can install a "turbo kit 78 mm producing over 550 hp, comes with intercooler, exhaust manifolds, fuel pump, and headers" for about $4k. And new I'll need to install new fuel injectors.
Is this a realistic expectation? Is there anything else I should replace? What should I expect as a result?
I have a '22 challenger rt, on your website it only shows you can order '15-'21. Will that fit a '22 still or am SOL?
I'd wait. I have a 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Trailhawk 5.7 and I'm waiting until I actually see my year there. Don't want to spend the money for something that doesn't fit
I have a good question. If a stock 6.1 Hemii has a 0-60 average of about 5 seconds flat would adding the pro charger and nothing else improve the 0-60 to 4 seconds or less possibly? I think if it can that’s great! But like to know if anyone has compared with pro charger and without on stock 6.1 challenger srt8. Will 160 added horse get that time to 3.5-4 seconds by chance with just straight pipes and cold air intake and pro charger and a Diablo tune with a 6 speed manual?
Get some good tires and I'm sure you'll be there
Works great on my 08 srt8 b5 blue Superbee.
How much HP are you making and how much psi?
580 to the wheels
@@kingsransomsilver3712How much PSI? And any additional mods?
I have an 09 srt 8 I want to procharge, do I need to upgrade the internals first??
well you sold me. I was thinking about the torqstorm because it's cheaper but everywhere I see ppl recommending this instead......... I can't believe I willfully watched an ad lol
We're just car people that want to do burnouts. Hard to not make an educational video, from a manufacture, and it not look like an ad. Give our crew a call and we'll get you boosted!
Once you piece it all together the torqstorm really isnt much cheaper
Hopefully if I get the 6.4L for my 4.6 Genesis I can get the same gains?
I have one on my '18 Challenger Scat Pack and it's definitely well worth it!
What did it cost? I have a 21 Wide Body Scat. I'd love to try it.
@@mrwhamisrick I paid $8500 that's not including Tax, I have a P1SC1 Procharger
I have a 21 Scat Pack has it been good so far without working on internals?
@@premiumnaturesounds905Yep, no issues!
@cantcme243 I have a 2018 Challener Scat as well. Did you have to send your ECM to procharger for the tune, and unlock? Or how does that work?
Also, how is the reliability so far? I plan on buying one soon
can i put this on my durango 5.7
Added a Pro Charger to a 2014 RT Challenger. One issue was the coolant would blow out of the reservoir, the system they provide is rated for 12 to 14 psi, when the 5.7 hits the upper rpms the coolant pressure can get up to 20 psi plus, thus spewing coolant all over the engine bay. I put and 16 - 18 psi radiator cap with an overflow to resolve this problem, it worked fine. The low-end torque is not changed unless you bring the rpm up to where you are building boost, but then you best have some drag radials on because you will not get and traction without them (street tires will just light up) The best 0-60 time with by 5.7 Pro Charge was a 4.4 according to the dash counter.
The best 1/4 mile was a 12.6. The 7 pounds of boost is nice but the Pro Charger can deliver more with a pully change, DON'T DO IT until you forge the bottom end of motor and replace head and all bolts associated with keeping the heads on. The compression ration with 7 psi boost is around 17:1 higher the boost the higher the compression ratio. The advertised HP gain is supposed to be around 140 - 160 HP but know over half comes from the tune and the other from the Pro Charger. Be sure to fine a good tuner they will make the difference in how the car performs and know the factory settings will no longer apply to the tune up.
This comment is hilarious.
Why hilariousl?
Seems expensive to run a 12.6
It’s not worth it then too much just to run 12s
Do you have kit for a 2003 ram 5.7? I didn’t see one on the website?
Looks nice, but no Durango love? Lots of 5.7s out there in SUVs.
How well would it perform on a 410 stroked 5.7?
Hi guys, I just recently got a Challenger RT, do you guys think it’s safe to supercharge it without any prior measures like upgrading other parts? I know that I should probably upgrade everything else first before super charging but money is a little tight right now haha
Give our crew a call. They’ll be the best to judge. All of our betas and test cars have all been 100% completely stock with 100% bolt-on systems. All HP all day!
@@ProChargerSuperchargers thanks for the reply boss, that’s great to know. This was just a general inquiry as I do live in Canada, but that is great news

Quick question, does that actually works on a 2013 6.4 with stock internals?!

I have a 2023 challenger scat shaker. Is this really possible????
CA carb compliant?
I just went on the site. Nothing for 2021 5.7 durangos?

7 pounds at what rpm?
I’ve been waiting for someone to tell people that you can boost a mopar

How does this compare to the RiPP supercharger
Question. I currently run long tube headers, high flow cats and a Borla exhaust with a k&n cold air kit, is all of this compatible? Or will I have to make adjustments
Yes
I called to get a quote for one and was told there is no kit available for a 2022 Dodge Charger RT
Help....
The problem with the pro charge centrifugal supercharger is that there’s no room for the air filter
I’m not going to lie this is a great marketing video that speaks directly to your target audience.
Thank you!
How much is it to install on scatpack
My cousin is selling me a P-1SC-1 off his SRT8 6.1, I want to install it on my 5.7 Jeep Grand Cherokee overland. He has the full kit all piping, what difference is it to install it on my Jeep and what do I need to buy if I’m missing anything

2023 Chrysler 300 W SRT 392 - Messages you guys and never heard back or any reply?
Just bolt on, no tune needed?
So your pulling the hot air from exhaust manifold into the cold air induction system 😂
Would we be able to install one of these into the Durango SRT 392?
oh yeah. We currently have systems for 18-21 392 Durangos. If you have a 22 or 23, give us a call.
@@ProChargerSuperchargersyes, I have a 2023 Durango SRT 392. I’ll give you all a call after Labor Day.
I have a 6.4 hemi charger scat pack. I was thinking the 5.7s and 6.4s were not able to have forced air , because the internals of the engines were not forged. OR do you guys get away with it because it’s only 7lbs of boost..
Also does the boost affect the longevity of the engine?? I would love to do this to my car.
No answer 😢
5-7psi is safe for stock hemis, and of course boosting an engine will lower its overall lifespan faster. not by much but still something to consider.
Do guys recommend forging the internals on the 6.4 before adding the pro charger kit. Also, are you guys concerned about heat due to the placement of the pro charger under the hood? Thanks.
Nope a buddy runs one on a 6.4 and he's completely fine stock. They make the kits to the limit where it's safe
If you have a 392 thats made from 2017 or before, its generally not advised to boost them because of the high compression + small ring gap. The 2018s and up use a wider ring gap and a stronger block.
@DarkSlayer487 actually its the 2017 and up

Wait ✋️ sooo the v6 can get down off just that no way
Down to clown.

We got tuning covered. Give us a call and we can help ya with any other questions.
My 2017 Mustang V6 has 500+ Wheel Horsepower now due to a P1SC-1 w/ an E85 tune and a 3.40” pulley. These cars only make 240ish to the wheels stock. Double the power.
@Swen-bk3kzoh boy 🤡
@Swen-bk3kz ProCharger recognizes this engine. Why the heck do you think they made a kit? Lol
Also your insurance rate will be cheaper cuz it don't say hellcat but all of the fun
This guy has a fun job.... oh wait. ;)
so no tune needed for a 6.4 engine? why do gearheads say you need a tune?
I’m just not sold on the hot air intake. Kits like on the Mustang have a front feed with the belt on the back side so you can actually utilize a legit cold air intake. Kits for the Hemi, and more specifically, my Pontiac G8, the air filter is highly restrictive, and sits right on top of the exhaust header. Terrible.
Durango rt ??? 2021 would this be possible 😂 it’s a heavy boat
RT coming soon. Give us a call and get on the list.
RT2011 is a go?
I would like to see a centrifugal setup on a hellcat.
Removal of the IHI blower saves 180 lbs as well.
I think pro charger should make a system like this.
Hellion makes a twinnturbo set up.
So why not a centrifugal setup.
As long as it weighs way less then 180 pounds.
Ess makes a kit that weighs 35 lbs for the mustang.
I think procharger can do this.
The blower alone isnt 180 pounds 😂
@MrEvilTag your right it's a little over 100 lbs, I guess i didn't proofread.
Without modding the internals, the next time you punch on it will be the last
How you not do it for a DURANGO.

Why is the air filter in the engine bay?
To be fair, all air filters are in the engine compartment for almost all cars.
Perhaps you meant why is the air tube and filter rear facing instead of facing forward? Only Procharger can answer that question.
@@taxinator5858
The filter for my Kenne Belle supercharger is not under the hood.
Intercooler enters the chat.
Wouldn't the 6.4 blow up without forged internals?
Anything over 5 or 6 lbs of boost will blow that 6.4, that pro charger is too much
Will this void the warranty? What’s the mpg reduction?
If you are worried about MPG's, a supercharger is not right for you.
Why add a SC if you’re worried about gas mileage? Also, yes, adding 100+ HP will definitely void a factory warranty.
Is there someone out there that has a lot of extra money and can grab me a 2018 old fashioned Charger with a 5.7 and can I please get one of these to. I would greatly appreciate it.
…Yes …But can you procharge a Dodge Caravan given that they also use a Pentastar?
A pro charger will cost you about 5 to 10k and then another 5 to 10k for the install. You can now buy a used Hellcat engine for under 10k, they're everywhere and the swap has been done successfully on so many Mopars. Don't waste your money on Procharger, it's a thing of the past.
No Durangos optioned on the website...
We have systems for 97-01 and 18-21 Durangos. They are on the "Durango" page on the website.
I thought a 6.4 hemi can’t be boosted over like 4-5 lbs of boost
That’s what I heard too
Soon…..
Boosting 392s
Just don't go overboard with the factory internals, or else, KABOOM💣💣💥💥
That’s getting old lol you only have to worry on the internals on 2017 and down .
@eazykickz166 Cast pistons and cracked metal rods and main caps, good luck with that 💣💣💥💥
What about 5.7 Hemi 300?
What about it
This is LiTT
Think pro charger only produces twenty pounds of boost
"Only"
Not a Good Location For Air Filter
Pro chargers charge around $7000. And that's ridiculous
Pretty standard price these days
YES
Y NOT!!!!
Motors are electric. Engines use combustion
It is a great option if it wasn't for the price
Around 8000$ for a kit is sooooo expansive
Procharger should figure a way to drop the price down dramatically and then they will earn more profit with the volume of sales 🤔
They used to be $6k...
Has anyone here done this to their 6.4 charger/challenger?
I know coming from the manufacture... we're biased, but the fact is that we've boosted 1000's of 6.4L's and done a ton of burnouts. :) That includes Challenger, Charger, 300, Ram, Durango, and Grand Cherokee.
@ProChargerSuperchargers is this safe with non forged internals?
@@gun_apethis is the real question lol

But with hellcat, unless you tune, 95 octane
Mean while 5.0 coyote is 1000+ horse with the procharger kit 😂😂 Mopar is a slow car 🎉

There are some hemis out there making over 1,200+ I would not call those slow. Heavier yes, then your stang but not slow.
Don’t be angry because you’re driving a girl’s car. You had options. You just made a mistake. 😆
You’re yote or “others” as I know my procharged boat of a mopar making over 1200 and likes to eat yotes 🫠🤣
