@@Ryan-ds2wx Damn…. I stand corrected
Now that is Perfection. I could listen to that sound all day, all night
Best neighbor ever!
Until it’s time to sleep
this raw v8 sound are gonna be missed in the ev era, so sad for the people like me that still cant get a v8......
Bro your name is 5.0 coyote ur ok
@@Cozzyq wdym?
There will be plenty of v8s for years to come. Since your name is 5.0 Coyote I assume you want a mustang or f-150 and I assure you that ford built millions of the coyote engine and with enough money you could build/restore a mustang or f-150.
There’s plenty of v8s you can get your hand on for less than 10 or even 5k
You’re fine until 2024
I thought the hellcats that I heard was that loud. But that's the loudest charger hellcat I ever heard!
that was really loud, but if you wonna see a loud hellcat go look at helloooi'mjenson!!!
literally can be louder tho, my 5.7 is louder than this lol, i have a FULL* straight pipe system, 3in pipes into 5in tips
@@scarfacd_hemi how much was ur full exhaust system ?
@@paytonslife7078 think 450 if im not mistaken, after tax
@@paytonslife7078Straight pipes cost no more than 400.
Now THAT is a hellcat straight outta hell.. my lord that thing is crazy
Great burnout on the way out. I like the old school sound with X-pipes.
X pipe makes it sound more raspy
That V8 Life I got the same car in the vid, I’d def go with an h pipe.
@That V8 Life h pipe is for a deeper tone.
@That V8 Life Look up the science behind x-pipes. its not just to “even” out the cylinder banks. it helps with a process called “scavenging” removing the x pipe may make it slightly louder but you WILL lose horse power. there are other options if you dont want the factory x pipe you can go with a double x pipe or a h pipe/ double h pipe
No wayyyy you got him in your shop!! That's soo cool!! Your channel is just continuing to grow. Love to see it!
He Almost became a mustang at the end 😭
Legit makes the Mustang less dangerous💀
You live with your Mom.
I think he did that on purpose lol
😭😭😭😭😭😭
@@marstillo8087 oh wow classic so funny
AWESOME! Bad-Ass sounding and impressive take off control! Well done guys!
If there is a top 20 best drive offs of 2022 video, so far I would I put this video and the Mustang Shelby GT500 that broke the decimal meter and that loud Nissan that you even put in the title a great burnout. And that's all for now. It's not even the end of the year yet so hopefully there is a top 20 best drive offs of 2022! I'll keep watching you guys forever because you guys are one of my favorite!
"How loud do you want it?"
"Yes."
That idle sounds really nice
Wow that thing is wick/ferocious. Definitely my favorite exhaust addict video.
Love the series
God I love that sound I love the lunch. I like how it look like he had the shake it left or right to make the car straighten up that's too much power😂
Sounds nice with the resonators that 4K rev limiter was raised he hit a good 5k rev at the end that’s what makes it sound the best
Just like you've done here but I have magnaflow 4" rounds at the mid location. Takes a little edge off... has a unique sound with no raspy straight pipe sound.
GREAT JOB WOW...NICE LAUNCH!!!
i bought a 2020 hellcat used recently and the previous owner did a full delete also including the catalytic converter so its extremely loud but the issue is it's so loud that you can't hear the hellcat whine so i was thinking something is wrong but after watching this video i feel more at ease. I love that sound.
Get a intake
Music to the ears ❤️
Imagine it without cats😲
Omg that sound🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Downsizing from the factory 3'' headers to 3'' mids to 2.75'' to the resonator is designed for maximum power by using 2.5'' piping kiils power (should've went 3'' to the tailpipe) also eliminating the x pipe just killed Low end trq 100% X-pipe creates a venturi effect, which helps pull the exhaust gases out of the cylinder faster along with creating back pressue, low end torque, and horsepower. If sound (loud) was the intention go catless and delete the mid muffler which would've added power not take away this car EASILY just lost 20-35 wheel hp. Any reputable exhaust company will confirm my statement. Exhaust ADDICTS my intention is not directed to bash your channel just sharing factual information so people who spend 85k+ get solid information thats helpful.
I don't think it's possible for exhaust shops know every detail about every car, it's up to the owner to figure it out
Be Ready ✝️ i agree at the end of the day he wanted it as loud as possible like he said in the video
If he wanted it loud could have just bought some long tube headers with cutouts but he decided to do this goofy shit
Bruh i was thinking the same thing...2.5 inch piping on 797hp car is torture. 😬. Lost power for sure #ouch oh well its his money what can i do lol.
Imagine writing up this whole thing and not know shit about cars
The revs sounds real snappy, nice.
Don’t you always say it will go into limp mode if you delete the active exhaust on these? How did you get around that, im just curious? It sounds amazing!! Music 🎶 to my 👂!!!!!!
Sounds good,I need too bring my other truck in for some good sounds
amazing work, he let that thang sing at the end one gear all away down.
Sickest video yet
How did you guys delete the active exhaust because I’m trying to do mine?
sounds wicked!!!!
kickass pull away
Glad he went beast mode!
Dayuuuum! That is the nastiest sounding Hellcat. The takeoff was brutal. Sounded like a dragster
The intimidation that car has is amazing.

Bad Ass cat sounds awesome 😊
Nows that's how u do it!!!!
Why would you delete x pipe?
man, dodge will never let ya down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
You guys killed that shit tho 😮💨💯
Is that considered a straight pipe ?? No mids or rear
From 2” 3/4 to 2 1/2? Why make it smaller?
The laugh when it first starts always gets me
I need that as my alarm clock 😬
SOUNDING GOOD !!! Met my late husband @ the race trak

Can u delete the x pipe on a scatpack
That's what I'm talkin about!!!!!!
" WOW " 👌
can u do kia k5 gt1 2022
The takeoff was FIRE x10
Why would you do 2.5" pipe if the hellcat stock are 3" pipe all the way back. Nice way to add more restriction.
It’s a thing dude. At the store we sell Magnaflow header flange kits and the most popular version is the 3 inch to 2.5 inch 3 bolt flange collector. There’s cheap knockoff stuff on Amazon, Herman Hedders #21123. I agree it does seem like a restriction and I would personally keep the 3 inch. But there is something to be said about exhaust velocity and escape pressure over pure potential flow volume. Idk he should’ve kept the 3 inch.
Smaller pipe=higher pitch
Makes more of a difference on diesels I have a 12 valve Cummins 5inch all the way with a 10inch tip sounds deep af but my friends 7.3 power stroke has 2.5 inch pipe all the way sounds like a gasser when it hits rev limiter
Ok so it gets complicated and I am no expert but think about it like this. The diameter of the pipe is determined by how much air flow you want. So in a way yes it is a restriction. But there is more to it than that. There is also air temperature and air density to consider. The science behind all that is complex and becomes really important when you boost a motor. So imagine that we stayed at 3 inch. That would be like drinking out of a 1 inch diameter straw. It would take alot of power to simply take a sip. But sure we could drink the whole thing very fast if we wanted. So the 3 inch pipe is a restriction too. Why dont we go to 4inch? Because the higher the rpms that you are at the more air flow you have and they dont want you going past a certain rpm. So it is determined how much air flow a particular motor has at around the maximum allowable rpm and this gives them the pipe diameter. So an exhaust system is engineered to run best at max rpm. But this is kinda silly because how often are you at maximum rpm? You would have to be running down the highway at 150 mph or whatever and passing cars on the shoulder with your foot smashed to the floor the while time. And in town you would have to be not stopping at lights or stop signs or yielding to traffic. Who does that? Almost nobody. This is the problem with horsepower chasers. They dont understand what they are building their car to do. However if we reduce the pipe size now our motor runs better at lower rpms. Let's say 4,000 or 5,000 is now the optimum rpm but even at 3,000 it will run better because the target air flow rate is closer. In a street hot rod car a smaller diameter pipe can be better because your average driving rpm for the day is closer to that of optimum air flow rate that your exhaust system is tuned to. And to show my point as to why smaller might be better think about trying to take a sip out of a 1 inch diameter straw? You could do it. But it would take more energy than necessary for the task at hand. But yeah if we absolutely had to drink a 1 gallon super size soda as fast as humanly possible, no compromises, than a 1 inch straw will not let you down. Most people yield to traffic, stop at stop signs, stop at red lights, and obey at least 90 percent of traffic laws. All this lowers your average rpm. Stock pipes are balls to wall, flat out, no stopping. This car could probably out perform a stock one driving through town if we said you cant go 20 over the speed limit and you have to okey all other traffic laws.
I thought the x-pipe balanced the exhaust pressures on both sides of the engine. Is that not a good thing?
Yes he lost at least 25 to 30 wheel horsepower.
Nice sound 👍hellcat🐈⬛
Why 2.5 inch system? I thought all Hellcats (starting in 2015)came with 3 inch piping. It definitely needs 3 inch system for it to take full advantage of all power and sound.
I think the Mid Pipes are 3", and part or some of the exhaust from there is 2.75". But yeah, I agree...should have just went full 3".
My scat is 3inch all the way threw and a custom x pipe it gives you more power for sure
This company does exhaust and doesn't know the importance of the x-pipe. They made this car slower!!! Plus down sizing too 2.5" piping smh
2.5 inch is good up to under 700hp anything over that is just limiting your performance
@@reborn9110 most 700hp vehicles would be forced injection. A dual 2.5" exhaust is different when the piping doesn't go past the middle car, compared to when the piping goes all the way to the rear of the car. Plus, if you have a 700hp pushing through 2.5" piping, what do you think is going to happen when it goes through a 3" piping. Performance goes up, not down hahaha. Take your car to this company and let them mess your .... too!
Idle is 😍😍😍
i’d say TallGuy’s old hellcat that was turned into a race car by Bart was the loudest hellcat on youtube but his is close
Crazy ass charger
That takeoff was awesome
what abt headers and cam
Nice, a lot of guy's down here in Florida deleted the cats. Frees up about 25 horsepower. No emissions inspection in Florida
Is it better to delete x pipe and just go completely straight piping????
I’ll take that system!

🔥🔥🔥
I love your videos but I'm waiting for someone to take off and a cop comes over the hill🤣 (which wouldn't be good) but keep the videos coming
It's definitely loud but it didn't break the decibel meter like that mustang did. Lol
I dont think the mustangs have a soft limiter. If this thing could rev to almost 7k I believe it would have pegged it.
Remember chargers have a soft rev limter of 5000
@@brandonUwanawich954 automatic mustangs do the same. manuals don’t have limiters.
That’s why the title says Hellcat, not Mustang.
The mustang had headers & they rev higher as well
4:11 best part! 👍🏽
