As a Rays fan myself, I can say that we have the fans. Look at our tv ratings. The league doesn’t want to lose the tv market we’ve made. The ownership doesn’t market the team well, ticket prices are insane, the stadium is in the worst spot possible being in st Pete instead of where they should be playing in Tampa. The ownership wanted to move the team to Montreal and they’ve made the environment around the product on the field abysmal to watch and impossible to get to. Move the Rays to Tampa and the team gets the attendance they so rightfully deserve
If i was a multi-billionaire i would buy the Rays, change their colors back to green, purple, and black, build a stadium in Ybor City and name it McGriff park and give them a 180 million dollar payroll and tell the Yanks and Sox that's it's on like Donkey Kong mother fuckers

What you said about the Padres is definitely, especially about players we trade for absolutely falling off the map, and then the players we trade away start magically having amazing seasons....

Most of what you said was perfect! Only things I have to say are that Yadi has been an above average hitting catcher through his career while being amazing defensively, and Nolan Ryan won more games than he lost despite never being on a decent team once he left the mets

11:18 bs, you ask any baseball fan that has gone to St. Louis to watch their team play and it is almost always a positive experience. Mine definitely was, the fans are very knowledgeable about the game and were very nice. Cardinals fans are some of the best.

The cardinals have won 3 titles in 40 years, as well as making the World Series and the NLCS several more times in that time span. They also have the most World Series rings in the NL and second most in the league behind the Yankees.
Idk how cardinals fans are outside the state of missouri, but I haven’t experienced any terrible behaviors or attitudes. Compared to the other fanbases I’ve seen.
Also, Yadi is an above average hitter for his position. And the cardinals have less stolen bases allowed than any other mlb team by a pretty wide margin
The majority of fellow Cardinals I’ve seen in my city aren’t racist, I don’t know about the rest of the state but we’re decent compared to most

Actually it was under Bush when the Rangers BECAME competent. Short, Corbett, Chiles did nothing, neither did Hicks or the current owners. If there was a soccer-style promotion/relegation system in MLB the Rangers would be hopelessly stuck in the AA-AAA level.
