The fact that goons are so inexpensive compared to BC and you can micro them effectively so your BC can't kill any (because you are not going to survive long enough to build more than one), makes BC useless in TvP. You can also use high templars... what are your BC's do? You can kill them with yamato or even aa but you are going to get stormed. I mean, if you were able to win a protoss with BCs, you could have beat him with virtually anything. You could definitely get an advantage and try to get BCs but you would lose opportunities to finish to get bigger advantages.
