I absolutely love these mom and pop shops. It seems like they add a touch of heart and soul into every dish. The food must be good cause they’re cooking with love .
I love mom and pop shops like this. It reminds me of a sushi restaurant I had gone to since I was a baby. I grew up knowing the chef, wait staff and owner till I was 23....then due to COVID they had to shut down. I have so many great memories of that place.
So basically all these tiny mom and pop restaurants have their own noodle making machines and make their own fresh noodles. That standard is incredibly high.
A sign of a GOOD restaurant is its friendly relationship to the neighbourhood and a sign of a GREAT restaurant is people putting orders before they open.
You can tell those two have been together a while. The dance they do in the kitchen is well choreographed, each one knows the other intimately. I would love to have a meal there!
I love the hospitality these restaurants have, their so busy with the preparation of the meals, and still their so nice to their customers. 😁👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

トーストは4枚切りサイズ。関西を中心に西日本のトーストは4,5,6枚切りが多い。旅行で関西より以北に行ってモーニングを食べるとき薄いトーストに衝撃を受ける。
