  • Anderson acted “jealous” and “irrational” in the weeks and days before the disappearance of Gutierrez, said District Attorney Michael Graveley during his opening statement. Prosecutors say Zachariah Anderson, 42, murdered Rosalio Gutierrez Jr. in May 2020. His body has not been found.

Imagine having your 12 yr old daughter willingly help set up stalking, spying, reporting info to her dad to assist him in his murdering and a CPS framing. Holy sh*t. She KNEW that would hurt her mom. She KNEW it would get her mother in trouble....and she kept it secret and willingly and without protest helped her dad commit numerous times.
And Stephen Lentz willingly helped with all this too. He should be charged as an accessory or accomplice.

I am extremely interested in criminal law. The different facets, the defense and prosecution, interpretation of laws and how they differ from state to state...
The crimes are often heartbreaking & heinous.
