False. A sociopath is not a law breaking danger to society. They are rule followers just very selfish and often narcissistic. Psychopaths on the other hand are rule breakers with total disregard for other’s own self autonomy/feelings etc. They lack compassion ENTIRELY. They have no sympathy or empathy. Sociopaths often do have those in some regard and even have “codes of ethics”. Whereas a psychopath will go to any extreme to fulfill their desires. Just thought I’d clarify. There’s a lot more sociopathic people than you realize living completely normal lives stigmatized for no reason. Not all sociopaths are bad people. All psychopaths are capable of pure evil due to having cognitive deficits. People have tried to make the case that they are evolved apex predators, but this is inherently false. From a survival means PURELY, sure the case could be made. From a “meaning of life” and a religious/spiritual standpoint they are demons incarnate. They are the most devolved creatures in existence lacking all of what makes humanity great, HUMANITY IS DRIVEN BY COMPASSION. It’s what separates us from animals.

Ok I have since found out it IS his real name… so he knows he can’t get out of this so the best possible outcome is for him to hurry up and get the stupid tattoos before trial, wear silly clothes and try to get as much attention as possible so those “certain kind of women who seek out me. In prison can buy money on his books. That the only thing that makes sense to me.

That's something i don't understand at all. For about ten years I have trained more guys in warehouse work than i can count. Only 1 person under thirty years old could drive a fork lift. I was taught as a man if it has wheels you better know how to drive it. At 18 I was itching to learn how to drive a semi. I never got a CDL but i can atleast move one if i needed to.

You don’t have to be a fuckin professional, but you never know when you’re going to find yourself in an emergency situation and the only vehicle available to you is one with a manual transmission…

defendants are not allowed to be shackled in presence of jurors. He was wearing a taser belt and surrounded by law enforcement, he can't go anywhere. Defendants are allowed by law to attend sidebars for participation in their case. If not they would have an appeal issue.
Opening statements, and he already has an attitude. That doesn't mean guilt, but it looks terrible in front of the jury.
