We used to live within walking distance of an IKEA.....possibly not an advantage :)....it's been years since I've been in one but I did so love a wander around. It's one of those places where you always end up with more than you intended! I love those dishes...as soon as I saw them I thought of Denby...which I also love, though I suspect not quite as pricey. I had a whole set of Denby from my first marriage...but I didn't manage to hang onto it. A small price to pay ;).xoxo

ooh, I'd be in IKEA every day if I could walk there, so no, probably not a great advantage!
Totally agree, I try to be quite focused and have a list of things I want to get or look at, but then find myself with a few unplanned extras. I had my eye on some wine glasses but when I looked at them close up did not like them at all.
Love your attitude to the loss of the Denby! You can always get these to replace them! I'm loving them. Was torn between the blue and the white, but the blue had been the ones that caught my eye and we all really like them. x

Your new neighbours look nice 🐦. Thanks for taking us along with you to IKEA haven't been since covid. Love everything you bought. Do you drop essential oils on you pot pourri?

I haven't seen or heard much from the bird neighbours, but I'll keep you posted. Hopefully they've made a cosy home.
I love a good shop around IKEA. Yes, when the original scent of the pot pourri fades I add oil, it's such a good way to extend the life. I've not opened this one yet, but I'm going to soon. x
