Thank you to all the owners and staff in the shop. Everyone was highly cooperative, willing to redo demonstrations for me if my filming wasn't good enough.
There are many young staff in the store. I later found out it's the venture of four young bosses.
I think it's amazing that they can achieve such results for the first time when they start a business! And I even filmed something new for me - using volcanic rock instead of charcoal for roasting duck.
Here's my honest review of the cherry roast duck three ways:
1. Sliced duck: I really liked the crispy skin which was evenly roasted all over. Although I didn't find it to be the crispiest I've had.
2. Stir-fried duck bones: I enjoyed the flavor, though it was a bit mild. I finished it at home right away because the mildness made it easy to eat without needing lots of drinks. However, I felt it lacked a bit of uniqueness.
3. Fried duck bones: Honestly, it's the best-fried duck bones I've ever had! It's incredibly unique and the meat wasn't dried out. The seasoning was also adjusted perfectly. It's hard to find any faults.
Overall, it has a premium feel but at an affordable price. I highly recommend it!

One of the better duck preparations I've seen on your channel. If I had the money, I'd fly to Taiwan just to sample that duck. I was just in our Chinatown today, I saw a whole duck for $30. However, I doubt it's as good as the one you bought.
Roast duck in Chinatown only costs 30 US dollars? So cheap, I’m afraid... haha! I think Taiwan’s roast duck is truly cheap and delicious.

與傳統烤鴨店比起來真的用心跟精緻，從包裝材料就看的出來。
避風塘的炒法還是初次見到，口味應該很棒，厲害厲害。
不過兩吃要做到台幣1000+，現在物價已經到這個地步了嗎？記得小時候烤鴨兩吃大概350，北屯太原路北屯路口的亞里士鴨莊，可惜沒做了。
一直覺得，與鴨頭的眼睛對看的感覺，很微妙。牠好像有些話要對你說似的...
這家算是很用心的，雖然有些小缺點，哈哈
不過論CP值，這家算是很可怕，因為我從3年前櫻桃鴨要價1200，到現在竟然是跳回1000出頭，我目前拍過的櫻桃鴨還沒這麼低的
所以物價真的高XD
五年前烤土番鴨一隻500，櫻桃鴨看怎處理1200-1800，這是我記得的價錢
現在土番鴨最少都700了，櫻桃鴨的部分...恩...如果不是拍攝免費吃，我恐怕沒錢吃
