The boss is incredibly polite and has a very refined demeanor. His way of speaking is like that of an elder brother next door, very likable. What surprised me even more was how friendly the boss lady was. She was worried that I might be thirsty, so she specially asked the staff to buy me a drink. This Diner is truly fantastic and left a deep impression on me.
Thanks to their thriving business, all the ingredients are extremely fresh. The process of making the Angelica soup involved using high-quality equipment, which easily filters out the residues of Chinese medicinal herbs-quite impressive!
The handling of the duck meat was also meticulous. Listening to the boss talk about how he selects the duck meat shows his dedication to quality ingredients. And when it comes to processing pig trotters, they are incredibly meticulous from start to finish. Their braised pig trotters have even won awards!
