Very interesting video and a nice exchange of ideas and belief systems. I think most spiritual people live in hypocrisy. They repress and deny their fears and the secondary emotions that ensue like anger or hatred. However, I find it hard to believe that, as of right now, there are many people out there who truly and FULLY love themselves because that means loving ALL their conflicting aspects with contradictory needs. It means to love themselves in THEIR ULTIMATE TOTALITY including the part that does not love them! I think most people have just chosen to repress unpleasant darker and deeper aspects and forget about them and focus on loving ONLY CERTAIN surface aspects of themselves and giving the IMPRESSION that they really love the WHOLE self. But I disagree with the idea that " perfection" cannot exist that this lady on the left mentioned. Although it is true that we are human beings, it is not true that we are ONLY that and that we cannot thus TRANSCEND and expand beyond it to reach an ideal all-inclusive state. That right there is a self-limiting belief and based on it people are creating a non-perfect reality. Most humans who do not believe they are more, countless of other things, and among them humans too (but not only that) shape this 3D reality. They only identify with their humanity and dissociate from the rest of their totality (we are the entire universe actually!) and frame their minds in programmed and expected commonalities. We can do extraordinary things if we only believed we are not just humans! In the end, I totally understand and respect what Teal says about hitting a dead end and "nobody having the answers for her" and not listening to their opinions of her as an emotional "paraplegic"! Good for her for not accepting it !

That's been a real kicker for me personally is hearing those kind of seemingly simple and 'cruel' (unwittingly) concepts like let go and 'just love yourself'.
