I've learned so much about pomegrenates in a jiffy, particularly love the skin use (no waste), fridge storing(no need to eat it in one day anymore). Will try the peeling job tomorrow, with a big apron...

Interesting information. Thank you. Also please make some videos on weight loss or healthy breakfast ideas and also on healthy dips like tahini etc.

The pomegranate recipes look fabulous,. The smoothie in particular looks wonderful, now the obvious question- how did you make the pomegranate juice? I'm sure that juice did not come from a bottle in a store. 1) Do you juice the seeds, or some other part of the berry? 2) Would I use a blender or a food processor (for the juice not the smoothie)? Your channel is terrific, thank you for your expertise.

Excellent video, super information, I use to take regularly in morning, some days with yoghurt, but the points related to poly phenol extracting in simple way is very new and useful tip, since I like to take different kinds of tea (especially without milk)

I like your videos, but you should be more careful with health claims. Things are often not as easy as it seems.

You speak of ingredients which are never heard of, and also not easily available.
