It's a shame that people who just want to enjoy a hobby get scammed. You gotta be careful about who you give your credit card info to. You should always at least scan though the faq and about section of websites to catch anything the seems off.
This is why if I'm unsure about a website I look for a phone number. If there's no number it's a scam.
I have a friend in Canada. He often builds! I am going to refer him to the site. Good Job RUclips Algorithm!

In some Asian countries like China, Korea, and the entire SEA countries (except Japan), we have online store apps to buy hobby kits so we don't need to go through websites that have higher chance of getting scammed, but yeah, even scammers also exists in there but they are too obvious to spot with these signs:
1. The scammer shops copies the original shop but they have no verifycation mark (like star mark or anything similar).
2. The price tags are way too cheap and doesn't make any sense (like 50-70% off).
3. The "reviews" (bots) are too good to be true.
4. Those scammer shops always have very short age (just popped out, get banned, another one popped out).
A good rule of thumb to avoid getting scammed is "If it seems too good to be true, it probably is." Nobody's selling Gundam kits for 80% off retail. I mean, they might be, but they're probably not.
I hate those fake reviews to bait customers to buy their products It turns out to be a cheap knockoff of original ones

Iv had a few close calls with things like this before. So I'm glad I found this video so I have a place to look for my models. I do hope you'll have the PG Nu Gundam soon. But I live in Maryland so I'm sure that's gonna be a LONG trip
I recently saw a picture in an Amazon review, where a guy got scammed.
They sent him a box, with runners sealed in the poly bags….. NO pieces on the runners.
Can’t imagine how bad it feels to open that after waiting for a new kit to arrive.
Either somebody fell asleep at the factory the day it was packaged, or they scammed the buyer.
I just found a kit on amazon recently that everyone on discord was saying has got to be a scam, it was like $35 and goes for around $100 elsewhere
When I was looking for a Dendrobium was very wary of any site selling them because I heard others complain that they would order the 1:144 scale and get the 1:550.
I'll check out your shop and probably add it to my list of places to buy from later though honestly think I have enough to keep me busy for the rest of the year.
Pro tip if they have an address on the contact page, put it on google maps to see if it actually takes you to a physical store or some random house.
Wish you guys send to Mexico, need more gundams and is hard to find down here.

I always tell people NEVER click on the first result when you Google something, always scroll and check the URL and make sure it doesn't say "Ad" beside it!

It's a shame people would do scummy things like this. Honestly, the least you should be doing is buying through something like PayPal so you are at least protected.
But the most important thing is to do your due diligence by only going through the actual websites and not through a link or through a Google search result.

I think i got scammed too, i ordered lounge wear along with lobster tails from your gundam shop.
it seems Google has caught on and put your website at the top of the search, also, I think I know a few people that can shut down that fake website along with the people behind it

I can’t believe the scammers are back again. Trust me you’re not the only Canadian website that is popular that someone copied my friends at K-Dog and Fish where I get my Funko pops from someone did the same thing to them the website and Instagram page at their website when they copied was garbage just like the scammers copy your website Because that’s what scammer dies they take anything or any website as truly popular and they try to trick people to go into that copied website
