Put in my second order here! First one got lost by GLS, zero fault of y'all working here haha. Ended up going with Amazon at the time in a pinch to get gifts fast but certainly not my favorite option. Glad to be supporting local canadian businesses again, and excited for the HG's headed my way too!

Dude but your shop has the WORST track record with customers you basically filmed your own downfall Most of the video i watch from your shop are about customers complaining you should also film how you fixed the problem now your just leaving your viwers with the expectaiton of growing problems this is very easily fixable you still got a business do everythign you can to save it or you were never meant to survive #2 When i looked on your site and tried to order somthing It never added the shipping cost and displayed the REAL total of the purchase i got RX78 revive for $15 on your site and the total came to $15 So i messaged and was like hey whats is there free shipping or somthing then i was told that you add it after you make the purchase like wtf i have never heard that in my life #3 Your doing all of this by yourself man You seriously need to hire someone as a Toy maker that has designed for Mc farlane toys You have to have 2 sides to your shop One person deals with numbers and you deal with the expectations never put them in the same basket Let you customers speak to the company not the owner of the company you would be surprised on how professional it looks when you have a trained person to deal with customers i WOULD not shut the shop down dude i would just re brand it to show i appreciate what you do ill make you a proper logo and start to HTML the proper way on your site No charge as its all over the place Ecommerce is the #1 form of sales and Gunpla is the #1 Modle kit line on the planet these two should be more than compatible if its not theres somthign inbetween

Was that email from an American? Even UPS and Purolator weren't taking parcels as they froze shipping in Canada and it was all over the news. Only place I've seen doing shipping is FedEx.
As always, your customer service is 2nd to none. On a side note, I saw you had some HG Nightingale but the website says you're out of stock. Would love to get my hands on one.
The Canada post strike sucks. The company you used to deliver my mega size zaku never did. I got a notification saying they delivered it to my back door. I was home all day watching movies with a clear view of my driveway, they where never here. This was in November, i had talked to you on the phone about it. I realize it’s not your fault and shouldn’t have to be responsible for their mistakes,but im out the kit and the money. Not sure where i go from here.
That is so frustrating, sorry to hear that. As soon as something like that happens, encourage everyone to reach out as quickly as possible by phone. We have resources that the average person does not have access to so many packages have been recovered/delivered because of what options we have available to us. But if you wait a week or two a lot of the resources disappear unfortunately.
@ yes, i did call you a couple of days after it happened. I don’t fault you guys but i would never use this delivery company ever in the future. It really sucked because it was the first time i ever took part in a preorder.

Turns out your order was packaged and shipped with Canada Post basically the same time they went on strike, so CANADA POST never picked it up and it’s here!

If they got stolen from the delivery property, you are NOT responsible for that. They have to take it up with the delivery agent, whoever that might be. Its cool you refunded them but that was a financial hit you weren't responsible for.
Delivery driver did take pictures of the package being delivered to the door so I don’t think they are no longer responsible in this situation. It’s terrible but someone needs to take responsibility and in this situation, we thought we would take the hit. The last thing as we want a customer of ours to be Out-of-pocket and upset. I know we didn’t have to do the refund but in the end, I think it was the best decision. This is only happened twice this year so luckily for us it’s not a big problem. Going forward I might make it mandatory for signatures on high valued orders.
@@CanadianGundam The fact that you are publicly talking about this on YT may encourage some people to take advantage of you. It's a very nice thing to do given the price of the kit, but I would offer to share the hit 50/50 with the client - that would be generous enough I feel. However unlucky for the client, you are not to blame. Also, if that client won't spend that money in your shop in the future he is a d&^% :)

Luckily, only two packages out of thousands of orders went were stolen so far this year.

I have to say your real kind for helping out with stolen stuff! But I think when it comes to these costly kits you should try to get get shippers to hold them for pickup, might be out of the way for the customer but atleast the item is safe.

You should replace the kits if you can and refund what you cannot. It's more important to keep customers happy so they're long term customers.
Agreed! Also, I’ve had a lot of phone calls from people that needed help. I’m willing to help but then I find out they never purchased from us and there Shop did not want to help them, so they’re looking for help from us. In these situations, I can’t help.

It's great you helped the guy out with the stolen kit, but doesn't that tempt other people to have an expensive kit just conveniently "stolen" by one of their friends just to get it free? It's really a rough situation.
He talks about it in a few videos along the years : he'll take the $ loss over people getting mad/upset and they go shop elsewhere. Ish
Both are true, but in the end, the gunpla community is pretty honest in my opinion so I like to take people at there word and at the end of other day anybody that purchased from us, I want them to be completely happy because they chose us to support!

what happens when you cant fit any more skids in your warehouse, are the gundam shipments pre-allocated and you have to find a way to fit them, or you just put it on halt while stock sells
He'd either stack them outside or tell the delivery company he's using to wait a bit (those boxes don't come straight from Bandai, there's a few dudes in-between)
Do have a choice over how big the shipment you receive is? Or does bandai just keep sending you product and you don't have a choice about what you receive?
Honestly, I ordered kits from Bandai in advance in some cases 6 to 8 months ahead of schedule then it’s a matter of when it shows up. If I’m lucky spread out if I’m unlucky all at once lol. Then I panic and have to figure out a way to get them in the warehouse. having said that I have Skids coming and I have no idea what to do. I think I have two days to figure it out.
