I forget her name, but does the purple light whip character from the base game actually feature in the DLC adventure mode?

I finally got a few minutes to play and she's in a coffin in the far North on the second stage. Scaling passive and a starter weapon that evolves into a healing weapon, I play her in the base game because she just does everything.
