    You mention in your review that DDNS service requires a public static IP address, that is incorrect. DDNS was created specifically to address the issue of dynamic public address assignment by ISPs, the host configured for the service will update the DDNS record when the public IP address changes, negating the need for manual intervention. Otherwise, thanks for the review! Good stuff.

      Thank you for your positive and constructive criticism. You are correct, in that video I was unaware of this. But I appreciate you informing me. This is the only way for me to learn more and at the same time everyone interested learns with me. Thank you for this. I think youtube has one of the best and most friendly communities of all social networks. Also thank you for supporting my channel, by watching the videos!

    Thanks for the video. Does it have human detection and follows the subject automatically?

      I have heard that they have patched in human detection, but it will definitely not follow the subjects automatically.

    Hi , thanks for your good review. Can you tell me what is the difference with the FI9828-W?

    • @Nino_Z
      @Nino_Z  8 лет назад +1

      The cameras are essentially the same but the P is the Plug and Play version which is easier to setup. It usually costs a bit more too.

    I have a Synology NAS DS710 + and want to install a Foscam PT98 FI9828P. Does this SPEED DOME work without cables? Does Tilt and PAN work without cables?

      Do you mean over Wifi? Yes it does.

      Yes, exactly. I want to know if this PTZ works 100% on wifi. No cable requirements

      You still need to connect the power cable. The rest is over wifi,

    hi thanks for the review
    whats the max sd card size for this camera or the size that you tried ?
    thank you

    • @Nino_Z
      @Nino_Z  5 лет назад

      I believe it would support 128GB at least. I have used it with a 64GB and it worked fine. Ask the manufacturer to be safe if you plan on using something huge.

      @@Nino_Z thank you for your reply the manual said UNDER 32GB and they said MAX 32GB :) and you said you used 64 GB ,its strange maybe it supports and they don't know :)

      My manual says under 64.
      I guess if you format it FAT32 or exFAT 128 will work.
