Hi Yo-yo! We are 2 old ladies in Northern California who watch your videos. We’ve seen your tent blown away in typhoons, huge rain storms, seen you bit by mosquitos, standing in water inside your tent,chased by a plague of moths. We say, Oh,no! Yo-yo!! But you always make pretty tables, with pretty tea pots, expressos. Not like when I went camping as a kid. We sat on logs. Sleeping bags on the ground. Ate trout we caught. But we like to see your gadgets, your cute little wood stoves, cooking tables. You are always in good spirits even holding tent poles up in a typhoon! 💖💖💖

Yoyo camp today was a video teaching the art of camping through the type of tent fabric, as it is a good heat insulator...kerosene heater I do not recommend it, it is a great source of toxic gases, so I recommend you a butane gas heater..the meals you chose are wonderful and suitable for camping trips...I wished I could drink Have a cold beer....you chose the camping equipment well....awesome yoyo camp❄❄❄🌷
I understand your discouragement getting the flu must be bad even more so in the cold to sleep early is the right thing, when I'm like this the best thing is hot coffee and butter helps to get rid of it I hope you get better.

I realize that its a lot of additional work to add in English comments, but I do wish you would do more of it. I would like to know more about your equipment and why you selected it. A running commentary would be very helpful, since you seem to know what you're doing. Perhaps you could also post a list of the equipment you use and links to where we might get it. I hope somewhere in the 521 comments someone mentioned you need to shake the JiffyPop back and forth or side to side once you hear the sizzling of the oil. JiffyPop is a favorite of my family when we camp.
nice video, I also tried those foil pop up popcorn and it burned, now I just use a pot, heat a bit of coconut oil and put some corns and sugar, cover it and cook for few min until I don't hear the popping sound, of course don't forget to shake it every 30 sec.

Yoyo, the popcorn needs to kept moving while it's popping. That was the only issue. Once it starts slowing down, remove from heat and open once it's stopped. I hope you try it again in the future. Love all of your set ups.
Absolutely! Once you hear it start to sizzle, start sliding it back and forth across the heat in short fast strokes. It'll soon start popping and puff up. Remove from heat when the popping slows to 2 seconds between pops and continue shaking until no more pops. Open and enjoy. Be careful of HOT STEAM when opening. That's how I do it over a nice hot campfire and it turns out great every time. I grew up with fresh popcorn from the fields and kettle cooked in big pots(big family). To get Jiffy Pop Popcorn once in a blue moon was a treat for me. I'm old now and it's still a go-to treat when I go camping. 👍👍
