I should be able to sneak in a testing day before Vegas! Im gonna take it easy on her and just try to make some a to b passes and get data and make sure everything looks happy before Vegas.
Glad that advice helped. I used to swap gears in 8.750 Mopar constantly. Have a LS Cutlass with 4l80e and 3.73s now lol . Good to see you have a win👍Also I think the Twinabego would look cool with the W stripe and bumpers painted Winnebago green but big metal flake. Not giant bass boat, but big. More work/loot but different. Pretty several companies sell a moss greenish flake. Was just talking about it while working yesterday
Im going Kandy gold on the W on the bego. I was gonna do big flake under it but its just more work at this point so im just doing a silver base to make life easier. Once it up and running ill have time to flake tings out and make cool stuff. Thanks for the advice it helped for sure!
@@Burndown No problem, that's what it's all about. We should all be learning from each other and helping each other. Also 100% on the more work. My 67 Fairlane wagon had Red & Tangerine Kandy lace over gold prism flake on the hood scoop and roof. Now my black cutlass has a white fender and gray header panel 🤣
That may have helped but man it caught me good. You know when you cut yourself and it doesn't hurt right away but it starts bleeding so you know it was a good one.... like that
Good way to warm up the rear gear is jack up the wheels off the ground and put it in gear and let it idle
Probably a good idea. Ill have to remember this for the next time. Thanks for the tip!
Congrats! Now it's test -n-tune time for the boom.

He'll yeah Dane the boom is back...
Yes she is!
Those 10 crush washers come with specific gaskets. I used my floor jack to lift my third member in place.
Yeah its heavy in an awkward position for sure.
I'm about to do this. The gears are in, just gotta get that center section back in
Good luck man. Hope your car is leak free. Mine was not being friendly.
Good stuff no leaks is always a win.keep up good work
I hate leaks too. If something even drips im like ok where are you!🤣

@@Burndown yes you can thats whats nice about it..I liked it for the fact no cleaning rtv lol
Congrats on the 10k subscribers!!!
Thank you Jeff!
While I think I still could put a center section in by hand, I find it so much easier to use the floor jack and do the install!
They are heavy and awkward mostly. They like to smoosh fingers as well.
@@Burndown Dang right they will, I always wear gloves and strap them down to the jack.
do you have a part # for the lube locker gasket
No I don't sorry. Just google it.
LLR-C900 for 9" Ford
I have for many years been putting a dew rag on my head before working on anything.
That may have helped but man it caught me good. You know when you cut yourself and it doesn't hurt right away but it starts bleeding so you know it was a good one.... like that
No RTF with lube locker?
Nope
Did it end up leaking eventually?
No its still good to go.
Come on 10k subs! Big money incoming.
haha
Thats what cars are all about Blood sweat and beers!
I thought it was about talking to yourself alone in the garage and saying your supposed to be having fun over and over to yourself 🤣

Tell it Dane and if your leaking that means you got fluid
This is true.
