    The thing that I love about videos like this is when I watch them I am motivated to eat the best that I can, making the food that is usually around salad taste really good since I am watching an in shape person working out making it more fun to eat the salad. I then see if I have as much definition as he does if not, then I know that I need to start cutting down on what's not good that I am eating, if I do have as much definition, I continue to watch the video.

    Hi I´m 16 years old, 17 in two months. I started on a diet and started to cut a week ago, I wasn't overweight I was exercising 6-8 times a week and I did'nt eat junk food. I am 186cm tall and I was weighing 87kg. I did some tests on the internet to know approximately how much body fat I have and all tests showed around 10-15% (I know they aren't 100% correct since its taken from averages but it´s highly possible that I lie around that area).
    After a week I now weight in at 84kg, I have been exercising 12 times this week. I´ve been going up 7 in the morning all days except Saturday (my rest day). On Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday I did 30min walking on a treadmill then around 40min or ab workout. On Monday, Wednesday and Friday I did 40min of high intense interval training.
    I´ve been having oatmeal and mixed berries for breakfast everyday except my rest day, I´ve been eating tuna salad each workout day for lunch, avocado and an egg for snack. And then I go to the gym again working out with weights. Monday and Thursday I did chest and shoulders, Tuesday and Friday I did biceps and triceps and Wednesday and Sunday I did back and legs. All these workouts took about 1.5 hour to 2 hours. I always had a protein shake after working out with weights with some cinmamon and nutmeg to increase my metabolism and burn extra fat. For dinner at 17:00 I had chicken with vegetables every workout day. And at around 19.30 I ate a handfull of nuts (cashews and almonds).
    As you see I´ve been working on like crazy and the only supplement I´ve been taking is protein powder (100% whey gold standard with 88grams of protein and 3 grams of fast acting sugars per 100gram) and I´ve been going to bed at around 21.30-22.00. And I do see quite big results, my abs are starting to show I still don't have a sixpack but the V and my obliques are starting to show.
    So I just wondered if this is too dangerous since I eat very few carbs a day, I try to eat just enough carbs to keep my healthy but not to many. As I said before I´m only 16 soon 17 years old I dont have that much experience. If its too dangerous could you guys give me advices on how to burn fat fast but keeping it safe.

      try 5 days low intensity cardio and 2 days high
      that worked for me
      also do the macro split of around 60/20/20 for proteins/fats/carbs
      thats my idea

    • @ZNI492
      @ZNI492 10 лет назад

      Thanks really appreciate ur tips. But do I split like that every meal? Because right now Im eating most of my carbs for breakfast

    • @MrTwat144
      @MrTwat144 10 лет назад +1

      You shouldnt be cutting at your age. Why do you think the majority of high school wrestlers are manlets. Because they had to cut down hard for competitions and lacked the nutrtiients and calories for their bodies to grow during crucial years. However, 186cm is a good height.

    • @James-et5pe
      @James-et5pe 10 лет назад

      ***** I disagree, you cannot judge whether someone can cut or bulk by age 17, especially with social pressures of appearance and competition!

    • @themichaelpieri
      @themichaelpieri 10 лет назад

      Zebastian Cederblad
      Hey bud, don't stress too much on all this as you are still young, but that being said, if you want to take a legit approach to it and SLOWLY cut/shred, have good carbs in the morning, so Oats/Wholemeal bread/Sweet potatoes, have that with your egg whites and a whole egg and have greens in every meal you can.. If you choose to do low intensity cardio like Austin416 said do it in the morning on an empty stomach with a shot of coffee for 45 minutes at a fast pace walk.. Take in more carbs before workout so like 120G sweet potato and immediately post workout in your shake ( waxy maize ) then 45 minutes later 200G sweet potato and have your chicken, fish, turkey and beef for your proteins.

    A bit of both, they will increase their strength and weight to break down their muscle fibers. As their body gets used to a certain workout they may increase the rep range or weight to push themselves so they do get much stronger, however their main focus is definition. Power-lifters and strong man focus a lot on strength, that's why their physique differs.

    yah it could do that. but then it could also help you push u to ur limit, just like having a workout buddy especially when in the same strength levels. to me, i've always been lean but comparing myself now with myself in the past is what motivates me cuz i'm no where near what i was/should be, so i will not compare to the average, only myself or someone better because I know that being consistent will get me there with a proper diet
