    Question stryd, can i extend an ez run of 45mins workout to at least 1hr?

    • @davidgunther1282
      @davidgunther1282 10 месяцев назад

      You can just keep running for another 15 minutes after your 45 min run is “over.” As long as you don’t stop your watch from recording, it’ll keep recording. It just won’t give you alerts via your watch that you’re going to hard/not hard enough.

      Hi there. The new Stryd Training Plans are available for free for all Stryd users. We recommend adding a new plan to your calendar and you will see the new workouts.

    I don't understand planking as a supplemental training. During running I never never have isometric contraction of core musles. Functional and plyometrical training is key for strong and efficient running with hip lock and short GCT.

      Planking is a core exercise and increasing core strength is a great way to help stabilize your running form.

      @@Stryd not a very effective exercise though. Functional training is much more effective

      yeah. we don't run like robots to train to stabilize. our bodies rotate while running
