This is an incredible performance! Especially being that this is a very important song for the people of Scandinavia, particularly Norway. She sang it here with the joy of peace and promise. She is an incredible and honest artist. It is amazing to see this song sung in such a hopeful setting, especially after seeing her performance at the Oslo Memorial Concert.

As far as I can see by the number of 377 likes, this is the most underrated song on youtube. I´ve heard this song during a stay in a Hotel in Stockholm, which was right next to the place where this event found place - I didn´t even know it. It was a - for me - wonderful and snowy night. I have never seen so much snow on the streets before. Maybe I felt nostalgic, but the beautiful song about someone to die young caught me in the right moment.
An attack by a white supremacist i corned by a Kurdish girl living in Sweden. The honor is not where we're from but what we stand for. All praise to Laleh
This song is a remembrance for all the youth of the World that is actually going trough so many things for cause of the corruption and poverty in the third world, Honduras is one of those countries where young people die young, there is a reality to change, and the European countries should do a massive world campaign against youth violence where artists, football players and Nobel Committee, European Union will propose societies free from violence to push government's here to act against Violence, i know Europa already invest in many programs to prevent violence, but there is no enough and there is time to do something bigger for humanity behalf.
Admire that Laleh put this song out in the world, but I think it pales before Maria Petra's version from The Voice, Norway. The emotional depth and resonance in that version is entirely missing in this, in my opinion. Ofcourse. It's just me.
I think it is just "you". I was in Stockholm on a business trip when the Nobel Price streamed on TV, and I was positively shocked from Laleh´s performance in those big Boots and that extraordinary orchestra. Her performance was much better than the Others, talking about big names in the business. Laleh sang out from her heart, with her unique voice. If I watch Maria now, I have to say that Maria is just singing the song nicely, but not feeling it.
@@bowsars If that is how you interpret my answer, you have no clue what I meant. No soldier throws dynamite sticks at other soldiers, eh? No, they don't. We agree with eachother, but you want to insult me. Not cool. My point was the same. Apparently the word "dynamite" that I know is entirely different from everybody else in here. Dynamite doesn't equal explosives. Jesus.

She did that song for her dad. He jumps into the water to save another person. The person survived but her father lost his life.
