  • Resepi Laksa sarawak
    1L air
    Dada ayam
    Udang
    200g Pes laksa sarawak hj manan
    200ml Santan kotak kecil
    1/2 kiub ayam
    Garam secukupnya
    2-3 biji telur
    Bihun
    Taugeh
    Limau kasturi
    Daun ketumbar
    Resepi sambal
    3 sudu besar cili kisar
    1 sudu teh belacan (dibakar)
    1/2 biji bawang besar atau 2 biji bawang merah kecik
    1 sudu besar udang kering
    1 ulas bawang putih
    Sedikit asam keping
    Garam dan gula
    1. Sediakan 1L air dan didihkan.
    2. Masak dada ayam. Selepas sejuk, carik-carikkan halus
    3. Masak udang yang telah dicuci, angkat.
    4. Masak kepala udang (yang telah dicuci) dan kulit udang untuk dapatkan rasa udang.
    5. Masukkan pes laksa sarawak. Untuk pes 200g, gunakan 1L air, jika air tadi telah berkurang, boleh tambahkan sedikit lagi air.
    6. Masukkan santan. Kacau rata.
    7. Masukkan 1/2 kiub ayam.
    8. Tambahkan garam secukupnya. Kuah laksa sarawak siap.
    9. Goreng telur dan hiris halus.
    10. Sediakan taugeh, limau kasturi.
    11. Celurkan bihun.
    Untuk sambal
    1. Kisar semua bahan dan masak sehingga pecah minyak.
    2. Masukkan garam, gula dan sedikit asam keping.

    200g laksa sarawak paste
    200ml Coconut milk small box
    1/2 cube chicken
    Salt to taste
    2-3 eggs
    Rice vermicelli
    Bean sprouts
    Calamansi lime
    Coriander leaves
    Sambal recipe
    3 tablespoons ground chili
    1 teaspoon shrimp paste (belacan)
    1/2 large onion or 2 small red onion
    1 tablespoon dried shrimp
    1 clove of garlic
    A little of tamarind slice
    Salt and sugar
    1. Prepare 1L of water and bring to a boil.
    2. Cook the chicken breast. After cooling, shred it.
    3. Cook the prawns
    4. Cook the prawns head and shell and bring to a boil to get the prawn stock
    5. Add Sarawak laksa paste. For 200g paste, use 1L of water, if the water has been reduced, you can add a little more water.
    6. Add coconut milk. Stir well.
    7. Add 1/2 cube of chicken stock.
    8. Add enough salt. Done.
    9. Fry eggs and finely slice.
    10. Prepare bean sprouts, calamansi lime.
    11. Cook and drain rice vermicelli.
    For sambal
    1. Blend all ingredients and cook until oil separated
    2. Add salt, sugar and a little of tamarind slice.
