Thirumalaikoil is a shrine dedicated to Lord Thirumalai Kumaraswamy at Panpozhil near Tenkasi in Tirunelveli district, Tamil Nadu, India.
The temple is situated on a small hill surrounded by the Western Ghats near the border with Kerala.
There is one more goddess temple within this temple, called 'Thirumalai Kaali amman'.
The temple is also famous for its large number of steps(624).
Recently, a road was constructed which enables people to go by two and four wheelers until the temple at the top.
Surrounding the temple (which is situated above 540 feet in the hills) are green fields, coconut trees, ponds, a number of windmills and a dam
The main deity Lord Murugan is found with four hands in the standing posture. A flower called Kuvalai blossomed here.
The Saptha Kannikas worshipped Lord Murugan by offering the flower. The idols of Saptha Kannikas are installed on the banks of the spring.
There is a pure water lake in the top of the hill. It was formed at the divine power of sage Agasthiyar. It is said daily a lotus flower would blossom in this tank. It is a boon and sacred water.
திருமலை முத்துக்குமாரசுவாமி திருக்கோயில் தமிழ்நாட்டில் திருநெல்வேலி மாவட்டத்தில் உள்ள முருகன் கோயிலாகும். இது ஒரு தேவார வைப்புத்தலமாகும்.தென்காசி வட்டத்தில் செங்கோட்டை நகரிலிருந்து வடக்கு திசையில் ஐந்து கிலோமீட்டர் தொலைவில் பண்பொழி (பைம்பொழில்) என்ற இடத்தில் இக்கோயில் உள்ளது. கேரள மாநிலத்தின் எல்லையில் காணப்படும் மேற்குத் தொடர்ச்சி மலைத்தொடர்களின் ஒரு சிறிய குன்றில், இந்தக் கோவில் அமைந்துள்ளது.
