I LOVE this song, I LOVE this band. Staind is an extremely underrated group. "For You", "Epiphany", "Everything Changes", "Outside", "Right Here", "Tangled Up in You", the most beautiful song I've ever heard, and several other incredible tracks.
As someone who suffers from depression from time to time, like many others. This song holds a special place in my heart. When the the Depression hits and i dissociate like I do. This song helps me to get back to myself. My friends and family are very supportive and understanding as I step back into my life and reality. Music really is one hell of a thing.
I love this band. They actually got a award for this song being the most played song of the decade, it's so good. I've seen them twice in concert and they're so good. You have to check out "For You" "Fade" "Outside" "Epiphany" and the "Mudshovel"
@@BKLYN_TZU Mislabeled. there's zero chance Staind accepts themselves as a Nu metal band. Just like people refer to Linkin park as Nu metal. Nu metal is a very specific sound, and Staind does not contain any of the elements. There's a few sounds I would consider having some semblance like "Mud shovel". And yes, I'm 37 Y/o. I was there too. Also, I'll add they aren't just listed as Nu metal. they also contain these tags. hard rock; post-grunge; alternative metal. So which is it?
@@alondor8157 honestly I don't know how old you are but when I was 24 years old when this song came out in 2001 they were a Nu- Metal band mixed w/ other genres but mainly considered Nu-metal go and look up what genre this song is you'll see Nu metal

The first concert I ever went to a was a joint show between Staind, Crossfade, Seether, and a few other bands I unfortunately can no longer remember (it was nearly 20 years ago, in my defense). Staind is one of those bands that sounds just as good live as they do in studio, and this song was absolutely incredible to hear. I'm glad to see this music is kind of gaining a foothold again, even if it's now being called dad-rock 😂
My favorite part of this reaction is your honesty. You immediately say you know the song and don't pretend to have never heard it. This is a real banger with such amazing lyrics.
Glad you reacted to Stained, not enough of that on RUclips. Breaking Benjamin is also a group that doesn’t get a lot of good reviewers for some reason.
Great song! I highly recommend to react to Aaron’s live acoustic performances - it’s where his voice really expands the true meaning and depth of the emotions in his songs. Cheers!
Why? Who knows. When this song dropped, I was a real f'ed up individual and grabbed on to this song. It wasn't really the words so much but the music and how it was played, how it all came together I guess. But I know it helped during that time until I could figure it out. Why no Queensryche? I am new to your page and was wondering why no Queensryche? Specifically Silent Lucidity. I think you would enjoy...
A different world by Korn ft Corey Taylor & Broken by Seether ft Amy Lee please. Great channel 🤙 Was glad to see you covered Black from Pearl Jam 🖤 EDIT: How could I forget Parkway, get around Sleepwalker from Parkway Drive 🇦🇺🤘
Crazy to think about how Aaron pretty much only did Staind, to get money, and pay for bills and support his family. It was not what he loved about music. And, that is why he started to just do acoustic shows for free when he had that opportunity. And doing more country songs.

Don't forget Layne. Such a powerfu and moving tribute to the passing of the legendary Layne Staley.
Yes, my friend!!
@@benmason9755 And don't forget "Zoe Jane".
"Fade" is one of my favorites
"For You" is one of those songs that spoke to me, helped me back from the edge in one of my journeys there
Him with Fred Durst singing his song Outside, live is such a good song.
My favorite part of that performance is that it’s the first time he performs it. Aaron wings some of the lyrics. Super easy to play on guitar too

Mudshovel was Staind's break through release. That will give you early Staind vibes
The good old day's of Nu metal ballads
Not everything from this generation is Nu metal 😂😂
Staind is just Hardrock.
@@alondor8157 I know I was in my twenties when this song dropped in the late '90s Early '00s go check what genre it's under you'll see Nu Metal

I'VE KNOW THIS BAND SINCE THE FIRST STARTED ‼️ AND THEY ARE STILL AWESOME TOGETHER ‼️😎💯
Saw Staind last month for the first time and they were great
Check out “When I’m Gone”. Only Arron’s vocals and guitar. Such an incredible song !!
They played that at my funeral 😢
It’s crazy how fast time flies, this was me and my high school sweetheart’s favorite song and we haven’t been together in 20 years
Glad you reacted to Stained, not enough of that on RUclips. Breaking Benjamin is also a group that doesn’t get a lot of good reviewers for some reason.
Gorgeous song
The post grudge sound together with Creed, Matchbox 20 and Nickleback from the late 90's-early 2000's.
I've waited a long time to watch this reaction, SONG is DEEP, DIGS DOWN TOO DEEP
This girls laugh and giggle are amazing
The acoustic version of "Lost and Lonely" by him is phenomenal.
Gotta peep Mudshovel. Talk about a jolt of aggression and to use your word, visceral reactions
That bassline intro... then when it goes off is 🔥 🤘🏽😎
Wasted…is my favorite by them. Crazy story behind it too.
Another good one is Just Go. Really like Aaron’s voice on that song.
They have A LOT of good songs!!!
The whole album BREAK THE CYCLE Is 🔥🤘🏽😎
Stained is amazing! You must hear so far away!!!!!!!!! Outside yoo
Thanks for the reaction!!!!
I just saw them live on Thursday! They sounded great
"Epiphany" and "me" are masterpieces
Makes me cry everytime, it's like I wrote it.
mudshovel, for you, outside, so far away, lowest in me
I relate to this song all too well😢
Check out “So Far Away”, “Outside”, and “Right Here”. Staind is awesome!
Did you know that Bowling for Soup, used this video design for their song girl all the bad guys want.
Amazing song
Definitely have to check out for you by them
OMG, one of my favorite nu metal bands, thank you for react it.
This song is about addiction...
Tangled up in you
Trust me.
Check out Saviour Machine, “Carnival of Souls”, “Legion”, or “Jesus Christ” all can be found live.
Great song! I highly recommend to react to Aaron’s live acoustic performances - it’s where his voice really expands the true meaning and depth of the emotions in his songs.
Cheers!
My favorite band! You should watch their latest music video for "Here and Now".
Love this one, reminded me of another sad one that deals with themes of addiction you might want to check out, "Hate me" by Blue October
My teens baaaaayyybyyyy...
Looked out of rainy windows thinking about girls to this🤘😬😂
It has indeed been awhile.
I love this song...
More Staind!

Hey, IT'S BEEN AWHILE since i watch your Linkin Park Reaction.
Can you react to:
*Filter - Where Do We Go From Here* ?
Trust me, You gonna love it 💯
Aaron Lewis is so underrated
His cover of Nushell is second to only Layne.
I bet this girls hawk tuah game is on point.
Check out some of Aaron Lewis’ solo work. While the song ‘Country Boy’ isn’t rock or metal, it’s awesome
This song is him singing to heroin and his addiction. He's singing to the drug as the addict.
To Be A Man - MEGA REMIX by Dax
Waste by Staind would be a great reaction!
Hi raya, if you interested there is a beautiful song of the ULTRASPANK (band) their song is call WHERE, GREAT REACTION ❤

Amazing song 🎵. Once you're reacting to Staind, let me recommend two beautiful songs by them. The first is "Right here" and the second "So far away".
I'd write a song like this about her, what about you boys?

Good take. It ruins the song
Aaron Lewis "Country Boy" from the "Live at the Mohegan Sun" concert. Just him and his guitar and his thoughts.
I love staind
Day 9 of asking for saint asonia 😐
one of my favorite band and song from the album called BREAK THE CYCLE. Please do a reaction to their song MUDSHOVEL, FADE, OUTSIDE and SO FAR AWAY
Funny how reactors act like they don't know a song until they hear it. Becoming good actors and actresses now lol.
Amazing people get paid to react to something they already heard.
